Today at 13 o'clock there was an unpleasant story with my mother. A customer standing in line at the checkout took one of Mom's purchases by accident or intentionally. Mom noticed this and told the cashier, asked for a refund, less than a ruble, but still unpleasant. They refused to return the money, no one began to figure it out, they were rude. No one was watching the security guards to view the surveillance cameras. Mom did not write a complaint to the book sting

The ribbon for goods is small, all purchases do not fit, they calculate quickly, but before they can pick up their purchases from the other side of the cash register, another person's purchases are already flying to yours, they are not separated in any way.
I like the store itself, it is close to home, but the attitude towards customers is a big minus. There is always 1 cash register, long queues. It is never possible to find an employee in the trading floor. Prices differ little from prices in a regular store without "low, red prices". Thank you for setting up self-service cash desks.
