The cat had a plate installed, and was told to visit the vet for another 5 days. the clinic, namely, to go for injections. After 5 days, they said that the condition of the animal is good, come back in 10 days for an examination. In general, all the procedures cost 500 rubles, well, it seems not so much and little. We sighed, but the happiness did not last long. The next day, the cat died. He died gasping in agony, screaming and moaning. When making claims against the attending physician, we naturally turned out to be wrong. The most amazing thing is that when requesting a book of complaints, during a conversation with the head. the magician of this vet. clinics, some man began to molest us, sitting on benches waiting for an appointment, without a badge, not working there at all! To my question about the latter: "Why on earth should I explain something to you?" He replied that he was the manager's husband, an excellent argument. Come on, God is with this money, God is with time, but you can't get your pet back! They say it's their own fault that the cat was not examined, and he fell! So, who is the specialist dear? Me or you? Why does the cat die the day after the reception? At least they explained the risks that a blood clot can come off, the heart cannot stand it. Would you at least do an ultrasound? Or should the patient himself know all this and offer it? In general, the cat died, the owners are to blame. I do not recommend it in any case!

I asked for help at the Hamster clinic with a puppy's digestive problem. The diagnosis was not made, respectively, and medicines were not recommended to us. They advised me to keep the puppy warm, which I already knew about. We did not receive any other help, but paid 10 rubles for the consultation. What kind of consultation is it? Keep the puppy warm? If they don't know how to make diagnoses, then at least they would be ashamed to take money for every word said at random. The next morning I decided to go to another clinic, where we were diagnosed, gave 2 injections, poured medicine into the puppy's mouth, gave advice about the puppy's mother and paid 3 rubles. Therefore, I would like clinics in Polotsk to work with a qualified veterinarian and who were ready to provide any help to a pet with a soul, and not with material benefit. They profit from people's grief and rejoice... I would not advise anyone to go to this clinic with serious problems, pay a lot of money to a fool. Every word costs money there.

On May 1, in the morning, like everyone else, the master called me and asked if we would be there. I confirmed the recording, the master asked for the software earlier, but I did not have such an opportunity (because I needed to put small children to sleep). It's already 14.00 and I can't find a place on the car wash, of course it's my fault, I download the Yandex application and look for the address. 14.08 I call Irina, but she doesn't pick me up. Oh gods, I'm finally getting there. so at 14.15 I go to the clinic. There I am met by 2 girls with the look ala "you are late for a lifetime" they tell me: "You are 15 minutes late." Of course I'm late, I can see that too. "Contact the master, she has already left." Well, I think she has left. I call and she's already picking it up. From the phone I hear something like: don't wait for me, I won't have time to serve you, I have a short day. Well, then I got bombed, it was the first time I came across such a star of the local spill. It comes out already in 8 minutes, I didn't raise it to get out. How 15 minutes will affect the duration, why not answer the first time and tell me, AT LEAST I WOULDN'T BE LOOKING! And why didn't you dial me and tell me that I was such a star and went about my business. And why offer such a time if it is inconvenient for the master. I understand if she asked for a haircut, well, there's 25-30p. But the minimum amount of 50p was announced to me. What kind of attitude to customers, it does not fit into my head.
