I started being as rude as possible and shouting after, you can say that I was literally sent to three letters, despite the fact that there was no negativity on my part! TERRIBLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS!!! The female master has too great an opinion of herself! She left them with a big draft.
