The only temple in the city where you want to return. It's nice and peaceful here. Pleasant energy. A place with a long history. And it is located in a picturesque place of the city.

A compact, stylish temple. Cozy, serious. The plinth and the stone of the original masonry in the cutouts of the plaster. Painting. Such a timbre deacon. Comrades (tsy) choristers - sps!

It was built in 974 by Princess Olga at the same time as the foundation of the city. The typical pre-Mongol architecture of fortress temples is heavy thick walls, narrow loophole windows. The church was rebuilt many times, transferred to different denominations, until finally it was blown up in 1961. Only the ruins of the walls to a height of 5 meters remain. In the early 90s, the Annunciation Church was restored on the same foundation with original fragments of masonry. These fragments were not plastered, and they can be viewed very well now.
