I ordered a swimming pool for the child on Friday. It was a birthday present. The operator called back and confirmed the delivery for Monday. This was agreed, because on Tuesday the child's birthday and a gift was required for that day. On Monday, the delivery company calls and it turns out that the delivery is not on Monday, but within 3 days. Naturally, this option did not suit and we agreed on delivery on Tuesday! The delivery time has been clarified. It says what time we were at home. We clarified that we will be at home before 14 and after 19. As a result, they decided to call me a lot of times at 8 a.m. Thus waking up the child. No one said a word about 8 a.m.! As a result, the transport company discounts on the store, the store on the transport company. At the same time, the promise is as if I am not their client, but on the contrary. Not a single phrase of apology. The terrible and brazen communication of the store operator. Inappropriate tone of communication with the client. The most terrible employees who just need to be fired immediately! I do not recommend ordering from this organization to anyone

I bought a trampoline for my granddaughter's birthday. The store delivered the product late in the evening (dark) of a different brand and with different characteristics. They did not change it.Spoiled nerves and a holiday for the child.Payment was demanded in cash. Prices have been changing (growing) for 2 weeks 4 times.

I bought a sled. The store delivered the goods very late, they didn't even call back. They said on the phone: "What is it, is something wrong with you? Refuse." I don't recommend it. Spoiled nerves and wasted time. Moreover, the product turned out to be defective.
