Pleasant staff, a nice girl or even the hall administrator greets you. Korean music is playing inside, and televisions with k-pop clips are hung. An open kitchen, a vending machine with all sorts of Korean goodies. The order is expected on a timer above delivery, usually about 15 minutes. The time for pickup is about 40-50 minutes when ordering at lunch. Hemultan soup and kim futo pub are highly recommended from the menu. The interior is clean, quite spacious, everything is decorated, the staff is dressed in some kind of "dressing gowns" in the Korean style, it looks cool.

I decided to write a review after yesterday's visit, as it boiled over. It will not be an insulting review for no reason. It's a shame that one of my favorite cafes is fading and spoiling. Although it's still bright and positive inside, it's just a memory. We often ordered pickup and delivery here, ate inside, the food used to be very tasty and unusual. The touchscreen ordering concept is actually the only place in the city! I ordered it and took it away on a tray, it's very cool. The institution has always attracted young people and not only. Now, in 2025, this is a design from +-10 years ago, this is waiting for an order for 30-40 minutes, this is a deterioration (as for me) in the taste of dishes, a decrease in portion sizes, etc. It's an interesting idea to serve food on a tray, but not when it's sitting and cooling for 30 minutes. Noodles used to be the tastiest in town, now they're bland. New dishes appear, but they taste the same as the old ones. Good City has relaxed this place too much and the owners are sure that there will be orders. because there is no competition. Bottom line: all the negative reviews here are mostly true. No matter how much I loved this place before, I give a truthful review, without negativity, so that the owners would respect and start doing something, and not hope that everything would continue to be fine somehow by itself.

Why do you have a different schedule everywhere in 2025 and nowhere corresponds to reality? Bottom line: two hungry, feisty people trudging home in silence. The mood is ruined, the evening is ruined. It felt like we were just kicked out, even though we didn't even have time to enter. Guys, really, updating the schedule in Yandex and VK is not rocket science. People trust you, plan, come, and get slapped in the face by the door. The desire to return is zero. If you are going to continue changing your schedule according to your inner mood, write at the entrance: "We work whenever we want" — but it will be honest.

It would have been fine, but along with the rice, I came across a small stone that broke my tooth. While I was getting water, the cleaner had already cleaned up the dinner I had just started (it seems like it's a good thing that a person works quickly, but I was left without dinner). Total: the tooth is damaged, left without dinner, the evening is hopelessly ruined. The money for dinner was refunded, which is probably a plus. I can't provide a photo, because I gave the pebble to the administrator.

We came specifically for Fo Bo, the most disgusting Fo Bo I've ever tasted in my life! Starting from the serving and ending with the taste, 40 expected it!!! minutes, although initially we were promised 20-30, well, OK, although it would seem that there is something to cook in this soup.... Everything was already put in the plate, you don't regulate the sharpness and spice of the soup yourself (although honestly I didn't notice the obligatory spicy and spicy sauce in the soup, the soup was absolutely not spicy, but mega spicy) The sharpness, by the way, was achieved by throwing a mountain of red chili pepper into the soup! Is that OK, guys? Why do you call the dish "Fo Bo" if it's just an idea, your implementation is completely different, it's not "fo bo", believe me. The food is not bad (price - quality), the atmosphere is quite good (for an amateur), but all possible advantages are covered by the quality of service. A pickup order was placed and an incorrect estimate of the order preparation time was given by the operator (it happens, yes?). In the institution itself, the administrator also misled, saying that the order was "ABOUT TO BE TAKEN OUT." I asked a couple of times if they had forgotten about me, to which the admin said with a grin that she had not forgotten, but the collectors (or someone there) probably forgot. For the sake of interest, I waited - the order was taken out after almost an hour (50 minutes). There is not a drop of regret on their faces, as if it were necessary :) The service experience is extremely disgusting. I did not spoil the mood of the staff at the end of the working day - I decided to write this review. Positive: - some positions are quite tasty. Cons: - lost time; - spoiled mood; - disgusting service.

You can really come in here and sit (it's not a fact that it's pleasant), but as for eating, it's already how lucky 😁 The waiting time for the order is inadequate, you have to sit and wait for an hour for a simple dish, which, by the way, often appears cold on the table (we are talking about the so-called "hot" snacks). Oh well, the dishes, once the staff could not serve one (!!!) ice cream in less than 30 minutes. As for the taste of the rolls, it's not worth it. It used to be very tasty, now the food does not cause much appetite, to be completely honest. In addition to the huge waiting time, the air conditioner is running in full swing in the hall, by the way, in the midst of a cool autumn, so they will take care that you are not only hungry, but also cold)))

Finally I got to write reviews about this institution, where I was cruelly poisoned, on 25.09 I visited Kim bao, taking a wok with seafood, it was not tasty and I was intuitively confused by its appearance, so I just threw away about half, but it did not save me. 30 minutes after eating, all manifestations of poisoning began. At the end of the evening, the temperature rose, the very next evening the temperature reached 38.7, severe diarrhea, weakness, chills, chills continued, it became cloudy in my eyes, I have never met such a severe poisoning in my life, and today is the 4th day, and I still feel the effects of a "very tasty" lunch on myself. I sincerely urge everyone to avoid this eatery. Take pity on yourself and your health. And for a second, think about what this food is made of to bring the human body to such states, given that I have a far from weak stomach, and the body as a whole. And this is far from a classic poisoning. Either these are low-quality products or improper storage, which, I'm sure, the chefs and the management know about, but they just treat their visitors negligently. In my opinion, this is not acceptable, such an institution should not exist

We waited 20 minutes, turned to the administrator — no one knows where the order is. We wait another 10 minutes and go figure it out - all the admin suggests is to wait ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. That's the end of it. I'm sorry, if I place an order at 19:30, it means that I plan to pick up food and go about my business at 19:30. And if the order is delayed by half an hour, at least I should hear an apology, and not — WAIT ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. It's a shame that such a service has a place in Donetsk, it needs to be changed urgently, and not "haunt" and spit on yourself and your plans. I'm not coming back anymore. Personally, I'm sorry, the place was once quite a place.

This is the best restaurant in the city with Asian cuisine! A very wide range of dishes, everything is unrealistically delicious, there are promotions with discounts, prices are very affordable. I suggest that the management hang a warning sign at the entrance that we serve primarily for takeaway. Kim Yam soup (spicy dish)- something ala Tom-yam but without seafood, in fact stupidly some kind of soup, one broth (it's delicious) chicken in small cubes (like sausage in olivier) and mushrooms.....stupidly nothing! if you like such soups, it's better to go to Adachi, there is a similar soup with a normal number of ingredients and for the same price. 4. Chili chicken (spicy dish) is the only worthwhile dish, almost perfect, there are no pretensions. The dough on the sausage stretches like rubber, but the batter with cheese was interesting. Despite the fact that the food was ordered to eat in a cafe, our order was brought in disposable dishes with disposable cutlery. There were two of us, we ordered ramen soup, two sausages on a stick (by the way, we didn't need to pour ketchup, it ruined everything), two mochi and a drink. And they brought us napkins, attention! - exactly two pieces, one for each. Of course, we didn't have enough, it's good that we had it with us. We didn't bother with the interior either. It would be possible to put up full-length photographs of Korean performers who played in the hall. It was possible to add bright neon signs, remove the incomprehensible showcase near the entrance, because there is a very poor selection of goods for sale. The room is eerily cold, that is, you will have to wear a jacket, and this is not the worst cold yet. Of course, we saved money on everything we could. The food tastes like a regular diner. I don't want to come a second time. We sat in the cold and went out into the cold again.
