We stayed at this hotel from May 01-05, and I had extremely positive impressions! The room was very clean and cozy, with daily cleaning.
I especially liked the breakfast — the variety of dishes and the quality of the food were excellent. It is also worth noting the convenient location of the hotel: nearby there were shops, restaurants, currency exchanges, tour bureaus and the main attractions.
The staff was always ready to help and answer any questions, which created an atmosphere of care and comfort. Special thanks to Aram, a very nice guy. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay!

The hotel is magnificent! I haven't seen such a welcoming staff in a very long time. The girl Anna at the reception is so smiling and charming that she would just stand next to her and chat for hours. About the rooms: the rooms are the simplest and do not expect much for this money. There is a view of the monument to Vakhtang Gorgasali and the church, but there is also a roadway, and it is noisy at night. There is a view on the opposite side, the rooms on the second floor overlook the street, where the windows are at knee level. Therefore, take the third floor, depending on the view, rooms with a balcony also face the roadway. The room has everything except bathrobes. They can clean every day, as you ask. Breakfast, by the way, is not very bad. There are always eggs, sausage, cheese and vegetables. There are also cereals and yoghurts, sometimes there are pancakes. You won't stay hungry. I liked everything. The hotel is in a very convenient location.

Of the advantages:
1. Courteous staff;
2. Location. We took 3 excursions. It is a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the meeting point of the tour;
3. Breakfast items. I don't use gluten or lactose, and I often leave breakfast hungry. I didn't have any such problems in this hotel.
Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the size of the standard room. It's a little cramped for two people.
In general, I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff, the hotel, and the location are all excellent! We've already written reviews everywhere. Cleanliness, attentive and friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast - what else does a tourist need? All the sights are nearby, and the baths, and Leselidze street to Freedom Square, and the Church of Metekhi, mgst of Freedom. In general, we recommend it. We were satisfied. I just wish I could put heaters in the rooms. Then it will be at 5 c +.

Excellent, friendly, smiling and hospitable staff, regardless of nationality - just smart, speak English and easily in Russian, at night the attendant is not Russian-speaking, but no less helpful and friendly! Cleanliness and a pleasant smell everywhere. We highly recommend it.

Great location, everything is clean and new. The accommodation was in a room of the highest category, on the 3rd floor. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the Metekhi Temple. The staff at the reception were very helpful and quickly arranged check-in at the hotel. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the 1st floor, where you can sit at a table with a view of the river and the temple. The atmosphere is amazing, I want to return to this place and visit the terrace on the 4th floor, which I could not climb due to my short stay in Tbilisi
