Excellent customer service, and lot of variety to see office chairs

This is the third time I have contacted this store to buy office furniture. The range is wide, and the quality of the goods is decent. I would especially like to mention Vladislav's consultant - he is always polite, attentive and explains in detail all the nuances when choosing. It is a pleasure to work with such a specialist.
But, unfortunately, the shopping experience is greatly spoiled by the work of the delivery service. Almost every order is accompanied by postponements. In one case, the delivery did not take place at all: they could not find the right countertop in the warehouse, and no one even notified me about the problem. I had to write to the consultant myself after hours to sort out the situation.
In all the time I've been shopping at other stores, I've never encountered such systematic logistical difficulties. The delivery service is the weakest element here, which significantly affects the overall perception of the store. I hope the management will pay attention to this problem and take measures to solve it.

Having decided to update the kitchen interior, we went in search of new chairs, and our choice fell on the Kingstyle furniture store. From the very first minutes of our stay in the store, we felt the professionalism and attentive attitude towards customers. Natalia immediately endeared herself to the seller with her knowledge of the assortment and sincere desire to help.
Natalia didn't just show the chairs, she talked in detail about the features of each model, the materials they are made of, and their advantages. It was especially valuable that she was ahead of our questions. Every characteristic, every nuance was voiced before we had time to ask them. This created a sense of comfort and confidence in the right choice.
Thanks to Natalia's professional advice, we quickly decided on the appropriate models of chairs. The checkout process was fast and convenient. The agreed delivery time was clearly observed, which also added positive emotions.
Now it remains to check the chairs with time, evaluate their durability and convenience in everyday use. But now, based on the quality of manufacture and appearance, we are confident that we have made the right choice.
