This is the third time I have contacted this store to buy office furniture. The range is wide, and the quality of the goods is decent. I would especially like to mention Vladislav's consultant - he is always polite, attentive and explains in detail all the nuances when choosing. It is a pleasure to work with such a specialist. But, unfortunately, the shopping experience is greatly spoiled by the work of the delivery service. Almost every order is accompanied by postponements. In one case, the delivery did not take place at all: they could not find the right countertop in the warehouse, and no one even notified me about the problem. I had to write to the consultant myself after hours to sort out the situation. In all the time I've been shopping at other stores, I've never encountered such systematic logistical difficulties. The delivery service is the weakest element here, which significantly affects the overall perception of the store. I hope the management will pay attention to this problem and take measures to solve it.

A big plus is the assortment. The manager's advice is also decent. The order was placed quickly, and they even made a discount for waiting. According to the manager, the chairs have arrived, she sees them in the database, but the car has been loaded at the warehouse more than once (he moved) and according to the manager, this is exactly the problem. It was immediately agreed that as soon as the chairs arrived at the warehouse, they would be delivered the next day. The manager vowed to call me personally. But she called only the day after the order, saying that the car had not yet been unloaded and most likely delivery would not be until the end of this week, but at the beginning of the next. However, so that she wouldn't have any problems, she asked for delivery at the end of next week. Swearing that as soon as the chairs are unloaded, he will immediately call. It takes 1.5 weeks from the order to the first deadline. The manager did not call and delayed the delivery for the period specified at her request. I found out from a chat with a consultant on the website that the chairs were in stock and the delivery could have been done almost 5 days earlier. I also clarified the status of my order there, and they told me delivery was on Friday. When asked why it wasn't rescheduled according to the manager's promise (the one who issued it claimed to have made a note about it in the database with the order) They still haven't answered me.

I contacted this company twice to buy furniture (table and chair) for the apartment. There are no complaints about the quality of the products, you always get what you order. There is an opportunity to see and touch future purchases in the showroom. It is a pleasure to communicate with managers and technical support. The service leaves much to be desired: the constant postponement of deliveries for completely different reasons (the product did not arrive, the defect in the warehouse, the wrong thing will be delivered, etc.). If you have paid for the purchase and are waiting for the order at the designated time, then you may well not be warned that this position was not on the in the warehouse (due to marriage), no one will call. I have to figure it out myself. To summarize: The strength is the price-quality ratio. The weak side is the service (delivery, customer service)

I do not even know if the store deserves three stars for such a price. I applied here only because a friend advised me. I won't recommend it to anyone. Good afternoon! On February 18, we placed an order for one chair, and the manager was active and helped us choose an option that was convenient for us. Initially, the manager announced a readiness period of about 3 weeks. On March 25, I wrote to the manager myself, because there was no feedback, and asked how things were going with the chair. To which they replied that they had a blockage and the chair would most likely be ready by the end of April. As soon as the chair was ready, I was told that they would inform me if the product was not relevant to me when it was ready, then I could simply refuse it. It was May 8th, and I wrote to the manager myself again, and he replied that they hadn't made one chair and they wouldn't do it. If someone is planning to place an order for the production of one chair in this organization, then I advise you to think about it, because there is a risk of ending up without a chair.

I want to share my experience with this so-called company. It all started with the fact that we came to their salon, succumbing to a large amount of furniture. The goal is simple: 4 kitchen chairs of a certain color of material and frame. We were offered an option that was not exactly what we wanted, but specifically instead of a "microfibre" leatherette. Spring 2024. 4 chairs were brought, 2 of them were cut. I'll attach a photo. It's impossible not to notice it by accident, I'm sure they wanted to push it off. It didn't work out, and thank God, velour chairs in the kitchen with children are a problem on your head, they added 2 in the rooms and ... We ordered, taking into account the bitter experience, one kitchen chair, again gray leatherette. If you liked it, I would have ordered more, as I knew. The chair would be defective, it would not be replaced or repaired under warranty. Then it's more fun. I'm ordering 3 other chairs, as you guessed, grey leatherette, sturdy construction, reliable manufacturer, 1.5 months of waiting, and... at the last moment, 1.5 months later, they offer to pick up my chairs in black. No? There are cheaper similar Chinese ones. Take it. Delivery with assembly is scheduled from 18 to 22. At 21 o'clock, the driver calls and says he can bring the chairs after!!!!! 23 hours. Naturally, it was sent for tomorrow, and tomorrow it turned out that... attention... The chairs cannot be assembled because they are defective. People, if you respect yourself and your time, don't mess with this under-company. They've opened a huge salon, but in fact they're offering Chinese food at crazy prices, and they don't even know what they're selling.

On March 2, 2025, I ordered a lifting table worth 1,633 Belarusian rubles. Before placing the order, I was informed that the production and delivery time will be up to 10 calendar days. I emphasized that deadlines are critically important to me, and clarified the possibility of delays. The manager assured that "everything will be fine" and the king style company will definitely have time to produce and deliver the table before March 13. However, when paying on the same day, the deadline suddenly increased to 14 days. The first bells of unfair treatment of the client have already rung, but I decided to give the company a chance. On March 14, a table was brought in with obvious damage to the edge on the outside of the tabletop. I immediately contacted Roman's manager, sent the photos, and waited for the problem to be resolved. The driver has been waiting at my house all this time. Instead of apologizing, Roman just sighed and blamed the drivers, but admitted their guilt. I was hoping for a quick solution like gluing the edges, but Roman informed me that this was "impossible" and the table needed to be made anew. I was again oriented to 14 calendar days of waiting. Due to the undermined trust, I requested written confirmation of the delivery date and received a reply that it would be on April 1 (although 14 days from March 14 is March 28). During the entire waiting period, no one from King Style contacted me. On March 31, I wrote myself asking about the delivery time. Roman replied that he "monitors this process on a daily basis" and that the date was originally April 4, but it was changed to April 1. Of course, no one notified me that the date was changed to April 4. On April 1, no one contacted me again. In the evening, I called the salon myself, where they informed me that the table had already arrived and offered delivery the next day. So where was Roman's daily "monitoring"? On April 2, a table with even more serious edge defects was delivered in two places. According to the driver, these damages occurred at work. I contacted Roman again and sent him a photo. He sighed again, made no apologies, and offered a 10% discount on the next order. I have suggested solutions: 1. Replacing the edge (Roman said that this was impossible, and for the first time admitted that King Style LLC was an intermediary, not a manufacturer) 2. Discount of 300 Belarusian rubles for the purchase of a chair Roman said that the director would contact me in 2 minutes. The driver has been waiting for a decision all this time. No one called back. After 15 minutes, I contacted Roman myself, who informed me that he and the director had decided to offer a discount of 150 rubles (the same 10%). I refused and said that I would come to issue a refund. Roman began to talk about the "mandatory waiting of 14 days for the request to be considered," clearly trying to circumvent consumer protection legislation. After mentioning the law, he backed down. When I returned to the salon, they returned the money to me in cash, although I paid with a card. They explained this by "changing the terminal and the inability to make a return according to the procedure." And, of course, no apologies. During these 31 days, instead of the promised 10, Kingstyle showed complete disregard for the client.: - The promised deadlines were constantly violated - Defective goods were delivered twice - There was a lack of proactive communication - No apologies were ever made - Attempts to circumvent the law - Questionable money-back transactions Decide for yourself whether to contact king style after such a service.

I decided to order this chair assembled (considering the experience with the first one). As a result, after paying more than 1,200 rubles, I received a scratched, dirty and dusty product. It seems that they are selling in a more decent condition. Two quiet evenings waiting for the courier turned into several days of calls and problem solving. Yes, the problem was solved quickly in this case, but the impression of the store was ruined. I'm going to order two tables, but definitely not here. Of the advantages: - Efficiency. - Nice manager Nikita. The cons are higher.

They promised to replace it, but in response, silence. They said that on November 30, 2024, the countertop will arrive at the warehouse, but to date there has been no call about this, no countertop. For information, the furniture has been paid for a long time. In short, with the company It's the worst I've ever encountered. They "sing" beautifully, but I don't keep my promises at all. After a month of use, the same thing happened, the seat leaked. We contacted the customer service again, they said that this is such a model and this is not a warranty case.
