The legend cinema. As always on top. Comfortably. Kind and friendly attitude of the staff. There is a coffee shop, and a small restaurant on the top with live music. You can have a nice time in them while waiting for the start of the session. Or in the cozy armchairs in the hall. New Year's matinees are often held there, it is always interesting. And an important factor is cleanliness in the toilets

Comfortable halls, a small restaurant on the second floor with a good playroom for children and an animator, the menu is small and not very diverse, but a gorgeous view of the square, very convenient for watching fireworks on cold holidays, clean enough restrooms and responsive staff, the smell of popcorn throughout the cinema, prices are reasonable.

I come to my hometown every year and I definitely go to this cinema. "Jubilee" has always been the hallmark of Ust-Kamenogorsk. This year (2023) it seemed to me somehow "tired". The walls were being painted in the foyer, it smelled of paint. All the seats in front of the entrance to the viewing halls are very shabby, they look very bad. There are a lot of films in the repertoire in Kazakh and Russian, there is a choice, ticket prices depend on the time of the session, in general, as everywhere in cinemas. There is a cafe. There is also a sale of drinks and popcorn. In general, I recommend visiting)
