You've contacted the wrong person. I hope this is a misunderstanding, but if negligence is confirmed, the issue will be dealt with seriously. So far, I am extremely disappointed. Diagnostics will show the results. This is the worst SRT I've ever encountered. I applied to Kintek with a working car and got a stalling and burning car. They charged $300 for the “services”, while my permanent master said after the inspection: “It's brewed for a weak three.” The work was done carelessly, it feels like I got to crooked-armed “specialists". My patience has run out. I don't recommend it to anyone! After the publication of my review, representatives of the service station contacted me and offered to correct their mistakes. However, I want to clarify the situation in more detail. My car wouldn't start after their "repair" because the master had confused the fuel supply with the return. I found the cause of the malfunction myself a few days later, and fixed it myself, without their help. But the problem didn't end there. During the work, they damaged the outlet from the return fuel line — now it is leaking. I have a video recording of this fact. The service station offers to “fix" it again, but a logical question arises: is it possible to trust your car to these specialists after this? And the most interesting thing is that they justify themselves with the "human factor" and ask to "get into their position." Dear friends, do you get into my position when I waste my time, money and risk my car because of your negligence? I am posting this review to warn others. Decide for yourself whether you are willing to risk your safety and your vehicle.
