Horrible service!!!
It’s second time we are visiting this place the problems are the same.
Thy don’t ha e coffee in the rooms
Water is only being updated after 3PM
The cottage called room doesn’t even ha e a kitchen a small one.
The reception is not working properly they are not friendly and they never help with any kind of issues.
In addition the WIFI DEVICE IN OUR cottage was not working they didn’t even fixed that for 3 days.
The 2 tubes were leaking in the showers.
The pool was dirty and of course not working!!!

A great place with very friendly staff and, most importantly, customer-oriented!
We were here for 2 days, we rented a suite. We will definitely come back again.
There is parking, pets are allowed, and a playpen was offered for the child.
Delicious cuisine - we took 2 types of kebabs, salad and snacks. Breakfast is also normal, just like everywhere else in Armenia.
The room had everything that was basic.
I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was brought to our room in advance, as we had an early check-out.
The only thing is, do not rush to the reception if you do not have hot water. You just need to be patient and wait for the hot water to reach your room)

We stayed here for 4 days and will definitely come back again. Beautiful well-groomed territory, delicious homemade breakfast, clean room, and most importantly attentive staff, they responded promptly to any request. We were vacationing with a small child and the staff helped us in every possible way when difficult situations arose with the baby. Very kind and good people. Be sure to visit this hotel if you are vacationing in Dilijan

The best family guesthouse I've ever been to in Dilijan!
Excellent, professional and helpful staff.
The room is cozy and clean. Great view. Ample parking.

A wonderful guest house in the paradise of Dilijan. If you want to forget and relax, then you are here. Very courteous staff, Marisha cooked us a delicious breakfast, it is included in the price, I definitely recommend this wonderful place❤❤❤❤❤there is sooo much food,☝️

Such a location at the hotel is simply beautiful and the food is very tasty and the territory is well-groomed, beautiful, there is even a small pool where you can retire and immerse yourself in silence)))
The hotel is small and very cozy. The only thing I didn't like was their standard rooms: very small, designed for only one, with two suitcases, there is no room in the bathrooms in the shower cabin, there is no closing door in the cabin, because of this all the water flowed on the floor, on the tiles, and from there into the corridor. It's terrible.🙈
The room is very stuffy.
We took two standards, one for ourselves, the other for the children. And there was exactly the same problem. They couldn't change it, because everything was busy at that time.
Because of this, we only stayed one night. If the rooms were different, we would have stayed there.
Book comfortable, large rooms right away. They are good)))

I liked the view of the mountains from the hotel.
I didn't like the indifferent attitude of the staff.
The cottage was very dirty, unwashed floors, watermelon seeds on the floor from previous guests, dirty plumbing.Stains and hair on the bed linen.
Terrible sewer smell in all 4 toilets.
Broken furniture and plumbing.
Meager and tasteless breakfasts that start only at 10.00.Upon arrival, the staff warned that if it rains heavily, then serve the restaurant (it costs separately) They won't be able to.
The area in front of the hotel is also poorly cleaned.

The rooms are very nice, with amenities. A good restaurant with a view terrace on site. We had a rest with a large company, it was very nice that they were allowed to take dishes from the restaurant to the rooms (they even gave us a corkscrew). But the bed linen was initially less than the stated sleeping places, I had to ask for additional ones. There are also no irons in the rooms. We ironed things in the shared laundry (initially we agreed that an employee would iron them, but in the end we had to do it ourselves.) The complex has practically no territory, so you can sit at the table near the room, but you will not be able to walk around the territory. But the views from the territory are beautiful. Real fabulous landscapes that can be seen from the terrace of the house. Overall, I liked the place.

I didn't like it very much. The rooms are dirty. Everything killed. I do not recommend it. Maybe, of course, I was unlucky with the number, but I think that if the owners keep an eye on their object, then it should be good everywhere.
On the plus side, a normal breakfast.
