They take a very long time to deliver. If they write on the site for 3-4 days, then everything goes 7-8. The last time it took 3 days from the moment the application was created to the arrival of the courier, another 1 day before the acceptance and then another 9 days for delivery (St. Petersburg - Minsk). A horse-drawn wagon train would have arrived faster. And tracking does not work correctly at all, it is not even worth paying attention to.

And yet, sometimes the cargo needs to be loaded into a truck, but to do this, you need to negotiate with the person on the Square, I do not know why this is not in the shipping cost and it causes inconvenience. I do not advise anyone to transport goods by this transport company!!!!!!!! Delivery is postponed every day!!!!! If you manage to get through, they rudely answer that they have no delivery time at all!!!!! This is just nonsense. Where no one knows the cargo, there is no responsibility, they do not want to find out anything, the management is constantly hiding according to employees. I highly recommend it. Bills are not sent until you call and ask for them. They haven't seen the payment for several more days. When you call the office, the phones are either not picked up or busy. When they finally pick up the phone, you have to wait another 7 minutes after the words "wait", and you hear them going about their business in the background. In general, ugh. The complete USSR.

They register a claim, then do nothing for six months, do not respond to letters, lose documents, demand to be sent again, then additional documents, then more, and so on indefinitely. Without directly refusing to pay for their joints, they do everything so that the client himself does not want to do this. If you don't want any problems, look for another carrier.

It is incomprehensible to the mind that the service is so terrible on a paid basis, honestly, I did not choose this tc, then the manufacturer from another city decided to cooperate with them.
The cargo itself was transported for 10 days, the tracking site is not informative, it is almost impossible to get through to the operator, the stupidest cheapest voice robot answers, after 10 times trying to talk to a living person, it still succeeded, but the informativeness is 0, it is unclear why these people are sitting, but it turned out that to deliver around the city (this is the option chosen by the sender from nab. Shuttles) can only WORK ON WEEKDAYS FROM 9 TO 18:00, JUST AT THIS TIME, MOST PEOPLE ARE AT WORK. They don't have movers, they can't raise the extra fee, besides, they just put us in front of the fact
"we'll arrive tomorrow", we asked to postpone it to Wednesday, the dispatcher said "Ok", and as a result they brought us on Tuesday!!!! By calling an hour before arrival! As a result, I ran with three children to the street to meet these unfortunate businessmen, they were chilled to the snot in the north wind (the city of C-Pb), they just threw everything out of the car, said that it did not apply to tc kit at all and he did not care (they asked censorship to remove a more succinct word that the performer used)to our "inconvenient"... Imagine a picture - a woman with two children and a stroller stands in the middle of the road among a pile of boxes (furniture), they stood like that for 15 minutes while her husband was driving from work (the city is big here, there is no way faster).
AVOID IT!!! THIS IS TERRIBLE! WE WERE CHARGED 6,000 RUBLES FOR THIS MOCKERY!
