They promised to deliver the cargo from Almaty to Omsk in 7 days. We kept the cargo in the warehouse from January 6 to February 3 . It was sent only on February 3. We drove for 15 days. All the boxes were brought broken. The commercial appearance of the cargo is irretrievably lost!

At the same time, there is no contract or any other agreed document in any form, where the cost of delivery would be determined. The cargo is large, the amount is not small, I will contact the state authorities. I want to warn you, do not contact this company - you will get a "divorce", not being able to finish writing or get through properly. The main office is somewhere in the Russian Federation, in Almaty there is just a warehouse terminal. "Looking for ends" - there will simply be nowhere. Don't mess with this charade! Check out the final score based on the reviews! They were carrying furniture, new and custom-made. All the boxes ARE BROKEN, ALL ARE DAMAGED! Many pieces of furniture are either soaked and swollen, or simply broken. Three sets of custom furniture were destroyed. Claims are not accepted at the same time. Don't mess with this charade under any circumstances.
