First, the order was brought from the supplier, part was damaged, they asked to wait until everything was delivered. 2. Once the order was taken, but it was completely broken on the road (tile) (it was not packed, it was just lying in the car without boxes, and the car hit a bump / hole) 3. They brought a tub without legs, they promised to take it 4. Then they said that the legs had not been paid, although it was impossible to buy a bathtub without legs, they tried to force them to pay again 5. The order was collected by the agreed date, but "did not fit into the car", so "let's go tomorrow, exactly, exactly" 6. As a result, the order was delayed for a month, the master has already taken another job and as a result, the repair was delayed very much 7. The tile was calculated incorrectly, there was a lot left, and they did not understand why (or they counted a single color for everything, and then added a drawing, or they laid all the cut ones as whole, or they counted with the door or laid a stock - it is not clear) 8. well, like a cherry, one number was written in the order, the discount card was issued for another, but they called randomly, one by one, then another, although the operator was the same 9. the contact number was not answered for a long time, the site was not working at that time, communication was only via Viber In general, there are a lot of bonuses, you can't use them now, we planned to make a second big order, but we didn't take the risk…

I bought tiles for a room of 25pcs 60x120 and a balcony of 60x60. As a result, the specialist of this company made a mistake in all calculations, 7 tiles were not enough for the balcony!!! And there are 2 extra large ones in the room. 2 extra tiles measuring 60x120 cm, in a package. According to the rules of consumer protection, I informed the manager who was engaged in calculating the tiles about the extra tiles within two weeks, and they began to send me to other departments. While I wrote to the department they needed, I was already told that the deadline of 2 weeks had passed. As a result, they refused to take the tile!!! Because my tile makers were idle because of their incorrect calculations, no one made concessions either, they offered to buy a new tile at full price!!! I do not recommend contacting this company, customer orientation is at level 0. They do not recognize their mistakes and do not want to fix them.

They handed over a warranty card, took the money, and issued a check. And now it's time to install, as it turned out, the kit should include a cranstein, but it's not there. As a result, it did not work out. The package is not listed anywhere, and we, mother and daughter, are not experts to determine what should be included in the package. We contacted the site, wrote a complaint, and for the third week we didn't get any good answers. That's the attitude.
