It's funny that you can find local roasters in Minsk. The guys from Kitchen advised us. We went to a coffee shop in the winter, and of course the atmosphere along the way and on the territory was upset. It feels like I'm in the industrial zone of the backyard)) I see reviews of the summer season, it seems that the place is really nicer in summer. But when we went inside, we were pleasantly surprised. Very pleasant atmosphere. The barista girl greeted us with a smile. She talked about the concept and suggested which grain is better to take with you. We went purposefully for local grain and were satisfied. The grain for the funnel was ground on the spot. Now we're drinking coffee and thinking about you in another country.
We wish you development, new ideas, concepts and style.
There are few cool, modern places in Minsk. I hope you will become a locomotive of style and quality.

I want to dedicate a dance to the guys or open a statue in their honor ... How delicious and cool it is here!The food is undoubtedly excellent, but I personally fly somewhere into space from their coffee. Cappuccino is just amazing, and if you take their grains home from them....... Bom bom, 10 out of 10
Plus, I would like to mention their cookies from matcha, which are mandatory for tasting :)

A very friendly place with excellent coffee and delicious food. We were completely delighted with the perfect combination of high-quality ingredients. There are not many items on the menu, but if each one is as wonderful as these salmon pancakes, then I want to try everything!
It's just better to come here in warm weather, because there are only a couple of tables inside. But outside there are large tables and benches for companies of any size.

I think everything is perfect, and the food is delicious, espresso is always set up, unlike some establishments in the same price segment. Definitely the best place in the warmer months. I'm waiting for an improved fit inside!

(!) The visit was in the summer (June '24), so I don't know how relevant it is in late autumn-winter.
The place is very cool, calm, atmospheric. Many people come to work with a cup of coffee or another drink.
There are trees nearby, you can say you are in a park (in fact, it is)
Very attentive and friendly staff is a separate plus for them for the people.

Bumble at the price of 10p caused extremely negative emotions. The taste of coffee is not felt at all, the juice is also mediocre. For that kind of money, the drink should be appropriate, and not resemble coffee from the dining room, where it is coffee only in name. Plus, the volume of the drink is small. In other coffee shops, for the same amount of money, you get much better quality and a larger volume of the drink.
Bottom line: I do not recommend visiting. Go somewhere else.

An interesting and unusual industrial space is abruptly inhabited by various establishments.
The coffee shop has a super terrace in the shade of trees and there is a small platform overlooking the river.

It's a great atmosphere. A large selection of drinks and food. Even with a large load, drinks are quickly prepared.
Of the disadvantages, for me personally, there is no opportunity to drink on the spot, they always have a glass to take away (but there is somewhere to sit). At the same time, bamboo tubes. Which had advantages until the last one, until they tried to drink through them. They taste disgusting 😅

I'm disappointed with this place. There are no salmon pancakes available all day, because "it takes a long time to make the sauce." What kind of reason is that anyway? It seems that there is simply no one in the kitchen, and the barista girls are too lazy to cook it themselves. If a dish is on the menu, it should be available, not removed at the request of the staff. A very strange approach to the service. They killed the whole atmosphere of the place)

I visited this institution on December 23, 2024. Yes, it turns out that it also works in winter. The area is small, but cozy. There are few tables, and the atmosphere is very peaceful during the cold season. There are blankets to cover myself with, but I was warm, so I didn't need them. Nice barista girl. I ordered a latte and a carrot sponge cake, both items were to my taste.

We arrived at 7 pm, repairs are underway in the lobby of the coffee shop, drills are cracking, there are 1.5 tables in the coffee shop itself, which are occupied by "businessmen" with laptops. The barista answered my question "are you working?" (the question was asked because he ignored us and just laid out coffee standing on a chair) He replied something unintelligible. Hurtful.

Two stars for a picturesque place, there is nothing more to put on. The staff is boorish, the prices are above average, the barista persuaded us to take cider instead of coffee (apparently lattes take longer to make), so then they also went to see that God forbid we did not bring anything from another institution.
