Dear head physician of Hospital No. 9. My son Andrey Shelukhin was admitted to your hospital by ambulance on 6.02. at one o'clock in the morning with suspected sore throat. He was injected with ceftriaxone for 5 days. On 9.02, mononucleosis was detected, but no new treatment was prescribed.Today, on 02/11/2016, there were no injections and treatment, the doctor Elena Leonidovna did not give clear explanations about the treatment and health status, did not behave professionally, the patient felt depressed and humiliated and by her behavior forced the patient to write a refusal of treatment.
