I am a witness to the fact that in the morning at 5-6 o'clock the walking of different breeds of dogs of nearby houses begins... at the park. And I have also seen dogs shitting on lawns and bathing in this "Boatman" fountain many times. Closer to 10 a.m., the park begins to fill up with unsuspecting vacationers... And children often climb into this water... for selfies... Why can't surveillance cameras be installed somewhere nearby to eliminate such water pollution?..
