A decent hotel, on a solid 4*!
We had a vacation with my brother in November, we were not very lucky with the weather, but we swam in the sea every day)
The excellent location of the hotel, proximity to the sea and to various attractions of the city.
The hotel is clean and cozy.
There are beautiful cats with kittens all around, but there are too many of them)))
The food is always fresh and delicious.
Very friendly, helpful, charming, friendly staff.
Special thanks to the administrator Denis, who speaks different languages (well done!! 5+)!

A hotel that fully justifies its 3 stars. The restaurant is very small, though, and there's not a lot of choice, but you definitely won't leave here hungry. By the way, they cook wonderful soups there. The desserts were very unusual for me, too sugary and sugary, but there was a large selection of drinks (different types of tea bags, coffee from a coffee machine and fruit drinks, alcohol does not interest me, so I can't say anything about it). The room was spacious, daily cleaning, but for me the big disadvantage was that there was no second sheet or duvet cover. I had to cover myself with a blanket, and the nights were cool. I didn't want to cover myself with a heavy wool blanket without underwear for him.

A wonderful hotel!!!Solid 4!The food is varied, the staff is responsive, starting with the person at the reception (Ramadan),will tell you everything, arrange everything,handle everything, always handsome,friendly,sociable.The rooms are clean, comfortable, most with sea views.The hotel is on the 1st line, the beach is across the street.Cleopatra beach, with unusual sand, the sea is divine.All inclusive, used drinks.(tea,coffee,lemonades,water,and/orwhite/red wine, whiskey...cocktails for an additional fee.the fee.We had enough variety.It's impossible to describe everything.Emotions remained at 5+, as they wrote in the book of reviews.By the way, there is a hammam (paid) on the territory that is not bad.In general, delight.My son (12 years old) I really liked it, and so did us, the parents.Shops, cafes, various excursions...everything is within walking distance.In general, it's awesome.Let's come again!!!Thank you very much to everyone!!!

It was from April 22 to April 28. The hotel is decent, the biggest plus is the location. Waikiki is a 15-minute walk away, and Migros is 7 minutes away. Damlatash Cave is also within walking distance. About 20 minutes slowly. Everything is decent in the hotel, I got a room in block C on the top floor. Very good indeed. Cleaning is daily. A very big plus is the location. The hotel is urban, i.e. the entire infrastructure is nearby. And at the same time, right across the street is the azure sea with the best sandy beaches of Cleopatra. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid. The rooms are good, if you're lucky. They can also put you in a room on the ground floor, with a view of the courtyard - there are also such rooms. The pool is small, inconveniently located and smells of bleach - no one swims in it. However, the sea is nearby, so it was uncritical for me. The food is sad. Of natural animal food, perhaps only boiled eggs are present at breakfast. And so- vegetables, grass, soy sausage and semi-finished products, and even then not always. Coffee from the coffee machine, very mediocre. As far as it became clear from conversations and reviews, as well as experienced on my own experience, deception entered the system for the hotel upon arrival, i.e. for a day or two, "due to the lack of available rooms", they settle in other hotels nearby, but with worse conditions, and if the guest does not persevere, they can completely Leave it there. Moreover, these tricks are thrown out only with Russians, and when sorting out the situation, they completely "forget" the Russian language. Although at other times they can communicate quite freely on it. The guide Anna from Fun&Sun does not solve these issues in any way, she avoids talking about it. A good hotel for your money.
I've read a lot of reviews and I was in a bad mood, but this hotel has a lot more pros than cons. I'll make a reservation right away that you're not going to a 5* hotel.
The location is excellent, everything is nearby and you can walk a lot.
The food is good and delicious. Simple vegetables and cereals are cooked deliciously. Traditional Turkish cuisine. Fruits were present.
The cleaning is daily and even the swan was done when I left a small tip in lira. When I was at the 5* hotel in Side, because I didn't leave a tip, the maid with a sour face took out all the toilet paper from the room...
Oh yes, for those who want to get drunk in the bar, they pour 10 grams and no more than 3 times.

I had a rest with my daughter from October 5 to 12, 2024, everything was fine, the pools, however, are very close to the tables of the bar, which is constantly crowded with vacationers sipping cocktails, so it's not very convenient - the child wants to go to the pool, and it's problematic to squeeze back and forth between the tables. Besides, it is no longer possible to go there after 19.00, but I just wanted to, because it gets dark outside at 18.30 and the beach is already empty). Dinner until 20.00, although almost everywhere in other hotels until 21.00, we did not have time for excursions a couple of times, being 10 minutes late in total. After arrival, upon check-in at 20.10, dinner was not even offered, although with a small child on the road all day. The room cleaning was so-so, but it didn't bother us. There is enough food, there is just a lot of fiber))). Overall, I liked it. The room was good both in size and in view from the window. The staff is helpful in the dining room. There is free Wi-Fi, which is important. Cleopatra Beach is across the street, the beach is nice, clean.

a nice, cozy hotel, on the first line, across the street there is a wide and long beach with a gentle entrance to the water. the food is standard for 3-4* hotels, plentiful, tasty, and relatively varied. The sink in our room was cracked, apparently someone had fallen on it the day before))) The rest is clean and tidy. When choosing this hotel, you should understand that this is a city hotel. On Cleopatra, almost all hotels are similar, small, without territory and located right next to each other. This is not a top five with a territory of hundreds of hectares - hence everything else.
Check-in is a classic of Turkey... We took a room with a sea view, there was also a thought not to overpay, but we took a chance. Well, they took a chance in vain, because the system is classic. First, they will check into the worst rooms. Without scandals, but with pressure on the trail.the day we were given a great huge room with a Jacuzzi and partial sea view. However, the employee at the reception hesitated to be given money for this, because these are supposedly luxury rooms. In general, here, as in all inexpensive hotels, everything is according to the classic tourist divorce.
The reception staff speaks Russian, but very poorly. We communicated mainly in English. In general, there are very few Russians in the hotel, there were mostly Poles and other eastern Europe.
Meals cannot be called All inclusive, but rather three meals a day, because there are no snacks during the day. There is a bar, but it is very small, next to a tiny pool, the bar is very stuffy, despite the fact that it is outside. A bar from the series: They poured it quickly, drank it in one gulp and ran back to the beach.
The food is normal. There was always a choice, a variety of meat, fish, a lot of vegetables, fruits, and good desserts. I took my soul away with eggplant in various variations.
but!!!! There will be nothing to feed small children. The food is aimed at an adult audience.
The Internet is available, but it often fell off, especially in the evenings when people returned to the hotel. By the way, the Internet from the hotel catches on the beach.
There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach for a fee, the bar is paid. But we were given a voucher for free sun beds + an umbrella upon check-in. At the same time, I noticed that such coupons are not given to all vacationers of this hotel. It's obvious how the employee likes you)))) The beach of this hotel is clean and not so crowded compared to the neighboring ones. There were always empty seats.
We chose the hotel because we wanted Cleopatra beach and within walking distance from the center of Alanya. And in this regard, the hotel is very successful. Will we return to this hotel again? Hardly. At the moment, the price-quality ratio is clearly very, very high, not in favor of quality.

We had a rest with a friend at this hotel at the end of June: we liked everything very much, the rooms are clean , the renovation is fresh , the room is cleaned every day!
For an additional fee, subject to availability, you can move into a room on the front side of the hotel with panoramic sea views! It's an amazing view!
The sea is 50 meters away , the sea is very clean and the water is clear.
The food is decent , always fresh and delicious! There is a large selection of sweets for lunch and dinner and very fresh fruits.
The alcohol is good, the beer is top notch!
The staff is friendly, they will always help and give you any information.
We have been choosing a hotel for a very long time and have never regretted our choice.

Objectively, a normal hotel for your money.
Very close to the beach. There is food, you will not stay hungry. The drinks at the bar are all on and normal. Soft drinks are so-so - powdered juices and powdered coffee.
They clean every day and not bad. The cloths are changed, gel and shampoo are given in abundance. The shower drain works well (I always pay attention to this in hotels), there was always hot water.
The plumbing is clean and free of fungus.
But there was no ventilation in the shower. After a shower, you need to open the bathroom door and the door to the balcony to ventilate.
There is a swimming pool, but it is very small and under the roof of the restaurant.
There is no animation, there is nothing interesting for children.
As I understand it, there is no beach of its own either. But there are plenty of others where you can take off sun beds or lie on your bedspread.
The entrance to the sea is beautiful.
There is a laundry service for an additional fee.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
At night, in principle, it is not noisy.
But there are some very important "buts":
1. Dinner is here until 20:00. At 20:00, as if on cue, all the restaurant employees simply put the food away at once. If you want to walk around the city or stay on the beach, goodbye, you won't get any food))
For me, this is a sooooo big minus. I am ready to turn a blind eye to many things, furniture, service and a variety of food. But how can you finish dinner at 20:00 in a resort town??
2. The variety of food is not there at all. I'm not picky, so basically I turn a blind eye to it and eat what I have. There were no fish during the 11 days of stay. Nuts and dried fruits, too. Desserts are only biscuits soaked in sugar syrup ((For comparison: there are other hotels 10 minutes from this beach where, for the same money, the food in three bowls is more varied, with dried fruits and nuts and fish)))
3. The bartender. (he's a waiter) - they've been writing reviews about him on various platforms for a couple of years now. Yes, a guy with an unpleasant personality. He didn't show this character towards me, but he just talked to my girlfriend in a beastly way. He refused to pour beer and so on. He understands neither Russian nor English. It's amazing how they hired him.
Total: in general, it's fine, taking into account the location. If it's Cleopatra Beach that you need, then you can live. You won't stay hungry. There is no entertainment for children at the hotel. Everything else is fine.
If you see a tour at a normal special price, you can safely buy it.

We got to this hotel using the apron system, if we had chosen it ourselves, we would hardly have gone there. Although, after getting acquainted with the neighbors, we learned that they purposefully drove here because of the silence, proximity to the sea. Yes, it is- modestly, quietly, the sea is across the street, the beach is shared and not very clean, but .... and, most importantly, entering the sea without stones! The city itself is located along the mountain and it is beautiful. Parachutists fly from the top all day long.
Of the features of the hotel:
3 buildings are located very close, the farthest in the courtyard from which the sea is not visible, but it is in it that the dining room is located. The rooms are small. There is only 1 elevator. The distribution is small, the pool is very small.
The food is average. It's monotonous. There were no vegetables, cheeses, chicken, pasta, stewed vegetables, fish for 7 days.
There are a lot of cats. It didn't bother us personally.
They are also trying to find a supposedly good room for an additional fee.

There are a lot of tourists, there are not enough places to settle. Every day I see people being settled in other hotels for 1-2 days. About 7 more tourists came with me, there were no seats. Everyone was settled in other hotels below the level of Cleopatra.
After 2 days, I was finally checked into my assigned room. There was no TV in it, they promised that they would hang it, but it never happened. In general, the rooms are not bad, clean. The bed linen and towels are tired, with holes. The food is average. A cramped, stuffy dining room. You can eat, but wow, I don't like breakfast at all. Of the advantages, there is a beautiful beach and Alanya itself is beautiful, I like everything here. And the hotel has written everything objectively, it's up to you. In general, it is normal to live in it.

We returned from a vacation in Turkey on July 29. We always went to Alanya, this time we stayed at the Cleopatra Golden Beach Hotel. It seems that after the renovation, the hotel positions itself as a 4*, but it is only 3*.
The positive thing is: the hotel is located on the first line and to get to Cleopatra beach you need to walk only 100-150 meters; smiling and helpful staff, speak a little Russian, but before there were more Russian speakers in hotels, and quite well; the room was large, 3 full beds (there were two adults and a child).
Further cons: what is positioned as a swimming pool is just a small paddling pool for children, although adults also swam there; the food is monotonous, by the end of the rest (there were 7 nights) it no longer climbed into the throat, pastries and sweets, which Turkey is famous for, are questionable, spread right on the plate, and on the taste is not very good, soy sausage, cutlets and schnitzels from semi-finished products; room cleaning (dusting, mopping) was daily, but in 8 days neither bed linen, towels, shower accessories were changed, as they left 3 vials (35 ml.) of shampoo and shower gel at check-in, more have not updated.
In general, something like that. The only thing that decorated the holiday was the warm, clear sea and a wonderful beach.
Will we go back to this hotel? Definitely not!

We had a rest with our spouse in mid-October 2023. Great hotel. The food is delicious, varied, always fresh fruits-watermelon, melon, plum, tangerines, apples. Friendly and attentive staff at the restaurant. The room is clean, the room was in the building where the restaurant is. Cleaning every day, but you can also refuse cleaning. Two minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace. The hotel beach is sandy with free sun loungers and sunbeds. Very comfortable entry into the sea, great with the kids, smooth descent, not deep near the shore. We walked to the port for 30 minutes. And we went swimming to the first beach near the mountain. There you can swim along the rocks with a snorkel and mask and admire the fish. The water is turquoise, the purest. From this beach, you can climb to the final cable car on foot along the mountain trail. Wonderful. It's easy to find the trail using the navigator. There are magnificent views of all the beaches of CLEOPATRA.

The hotel is a solid three, not a four
Meat is given out in several pieces at lunch, it is not in its full form and there is always only one kind.
We paid extra for a room with a beautiful view.
The elevator in the main building is just…Like from the last century
The view is gorgeous, the location is normal, closer to the mountain it would be better, there are no public transport stops in the direction of the mountain nearby, you need to go to another street or closer to the mountain
There are paper glasses in the room, not even decent mugs, but thanks for the coffee and kettle
The tables are not cleaned after the guests, flies are flying in the dining room and it smells unclear what

No one but us defended our interests, they didn't even call an ambulance for us, they asked other people.
We and another family left in an ambulance, the rest were treated on their own
Upon our return, no one even asked about our well-being..The manager's terrible attitude towards people, (talking statuette)he does not react to criticism in any way, does not take any measures to eliminate problems, they do not care about people!the money is not refunded, and just gestures indicate that you can go to another hotel!they take advantage of the fact that people are falling for beautiful ads.
Therefore, the reading and thinking guests are respected!I do not recommend this hotel to ANYONE..he does not match his photos on the site, the food is tolerable but not of high quality, the attitude is even worse.
One plus is the location next to Cleopatra Beach!
I did not expect lobsters from a 4* hotel ... but believe me, there are 3* hotels much better in terms of food quality and most importantly with a good and sincere attitude towards people.

The beach itself is so-so. There is no music, the workers there leave much to be desired, it is better to go to the nearby beach. Where the music and umbrellas are good. If there is a good price offer, I will definitely return to this hotel. The rooms are cleaned to a shine, towels are changed every day. I am writing as soon as we returned - July 14, 2024. We spent 8 days/7 nights in this hotel. A family of 4 people. Previously, we went to Turkey only to 5-star hotels on 1st coast. This time we decided to change the concept of rest and chose a city hotel in Alanya, but as close to the sea as possible.
First impression: the main building has balconies overlooking the sea. There is a highway between the hotel and the sea, a promenade (vacationers walk along it from morning to evening, jogging), with palm trees, benches, then Cleopatra beach. About the beach - separately, but in general - excellent.
The staff is attentive, the employees speak a little Russian, offer help, everything is very professional. At the reception, Ramadan - super attentive, courteous, always with a smile, settled us quickly, in 2 double rooms of the satellite hotel for 2 nights, followed by check-in in the largest room 501 - two-room, overlooking the sea.

What did you put a 4 for? - the food is modest. There is enough of it, but I wanted a variety. But at the same time, our 11-year-old daughter was not hungry.
But even here it should be noted that the staff is excellent. Thanks to the Yadin bartender and all the waiters. Well done!
The location of the hotel is very convenient, the sea is 2 minutes away, popular attractions are no more than 2 km away on foot.
The sea is an infinitely long Cleopatra beach, a bowl with waves, the beach is clean, the water is clean, the waves are the most popular entertainment - for both children and adults. The bottom is coarse sand, a few small pebbles. The bottom is clean.
My family was satisfied with the rest!

The hotel is 4 with a minus. On the negative side, the food is frankly bad, so it's hard for the men there. The meat alternates by day - 3 days dry stewed chicken, 1 day soy cutlets, 1 day mutton, 1 day crucian carp and 1 day meat of an unknown species. The hotel itself is not bad, clean, cozy. We took a room with a sea view for an additional fee. The view is really great, but there was a minus - on the ground floor there is a restaurant where music is screaming until 2 am, so it can spoil sleep well. The room was cleaned every day, I left 20-30 lira, each time the cleaners pleased me with different figures from a towel. In general, the hotel is good if you do not take into account the food, it is better to assume that it is not there. There is a paid hammam with massage on the ground floor of the hotel, I highly recommend not visiting, the hammam is cold and everything stinks of mold.

We stayed at this hotel from 09/14/2024 to 09/23/2024.The attitude of the staff is the worst in my practice. (in front of us, people asked for beds separately, they were given a single one, we asked together, we were given separately) and the whole action was accompanied by the words no rooms. This is an example of the whole attitude towards Russians. They confirm the room, you arrive, but there is no room, they check into a nearby hotel without stars and every day they say we will check in tomorrow... I personally saw people who were brawling on the third day.
On respawn, NONE of your problems are solved. There were problems in the bathroom, water was leaking from the shower stall (4th floor)three times 0 attention was paid!!!
Food : breakfast is only an omelette and boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes and a couple of types of cheeses. Lunch and dinner are more diverse. The cleaning is good.
We DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel!!!

Disgusting hotel! Dirty, the smell of the toilet, the towel is gray. They cleaned it once and then when they complained at the reception. And the kitchen is generally terrible. The food is served behind the counter, there are a lot of flies. Overcooked black vegetables, greens are not sorted and the grass is yellow in a basin with water, olives, vegetables are not sorted and everything turns sour. There is coffee and tea, but there are garbage cans and the smell of garbage is terrible. The food is very neat! I ate tomato soup and eggplant and went... I've been talking to Ichthyander the toilet bowl for two days. A terrible hotel with overpriced stars. It doesn't pull a C grade! A non-professional Ramadan or Ramadan administrator works at the reception... I know well, not for the first time in Alanya, that the quality of food can be determined by how the cook and the staff in the hall eat or not! And here none of the chefs had dinner or promised. And there was no sign of the chef. Only a distributor stood behind the counter and gave out food. You can't go there with children. There is no food for children! This hotel ruined the whole holiday experience.

On the 3rd day it became terribly bad, first vomiting, then diarrhea

Behind the wall, the girls were poisoned, according to conversations in the hotel, some vomited, the second had the same thing
At the reception, the woman is indignant, the child vomits.

Hello, I am writing a real review about the cancellation of Cleopatra Golden Beach, you come there are no rooms, they put you in a hostel they have it nearby, we lived in a hostel and 2 more couples from St. Petersburg for 2 days then they move with great effort, maybe a new scheme to sell rooms twice I do not know, rooms in the department for three?, food is expensive future vacationers pasta, French fries, beans sauce, cucumbers tomatoes, fruits watermelons melons apples and oranges, in short there is nothing to do except the sea in this department, one woman was generally settled with large cockroaches, I have not seen them yet, where they are temporarily relocated, I will attach a photo, good morning Turkey is no longer a buzz.

Disgusting hotel, recently vacationed, the three of us with a child of 8 years old, settled in a room with a non-working toilet, the room is very dirty, just ugh, the food is disgusting, from meat only porridge of incomprehensible meat, a lot of vegetables, greens, I often see that vegetables are dirty, plates are dirty, cups too, tables at meals are dirty, if you ask, they will remove it, but not always. Desserts of 5-7 types taste almost the same, tasteless and it is unclear what they are made of. There is an elevator, but it is so dirty and scary that we walked to our floor, towels are not changed for 5 days. There is cleaning, they are cleaned on average.
The big plus is the location of the hotel, and that's it. The sea and the beach are gorgeous. Never come here again

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
We stayed for 3 nights, but we couldn't even stay there. If possible, look for other accommodation options.
According to nutrition, the choice of food is very poor, the vegetables are starved. The meat dish is one and not the fact that pure meat is usually a mess with vegetables. The cook puts it on. There is no food for the child at all. There are flies on the food, the tables are dirty, the children's chair was washed by themselves while the waiters were chatting.
For drinks, he is an extremely unpleasant bartender, you have to beg to pour alcohol. You need to come with the glass from which you drank earlier, only then they will pour it again. One glass in one hand, and it doesn't matter that there are two of you.
In terms of infrastructure, it simply does not exist. The pool is located in the restaurant. We haven't seen this before.
According to the placement, there were cockroaches in the room above the restaurant, they lived on the 3rd floor. Gigantic. That's why we left earlier. They're in the dining room, too. The reception was not surprised to hear about them, they asked only today cockroaches? Apparently it took a few days
I highly recommend it. The worst accommodation in the history of travel
