In May, the cold weather came and it was necessary to turn on the air conditioner for heating. It didn't start. I contacted the company. And then it started!!!! Not only did we drive for a week, the master came even without a tool, I had to give my screwdrivers. Of course I didn't do anything. Then they waited another week and a half.... As a result, they never arrived. They were talking complete nonsense on the phone!!!! They say you need to take it off and take it to Gomel (400 km for a minute!!!), and it will cost about 1000 rubles, but it's better for you to buy a new one from us for 1500!!! All you had to do was add freon. A normal master did it in half an hour. Thank your husband for talking to you properly. I would have sent you long ago!!!! The service is at zero!!!! The main thing is to buy from us, and then whatever!!!! And the contract also stipulates that if maintenance is not done, the warranty is removed, even though normal companies do maintenance for free, and they immediately ask for 100 rubles after 2 turns on the network!!! Conclusion: I will not recommend you to anyone!!!! And I'll give you only negative reviews!!!!
