We are doing repairs in a wooden house. When the question arose about heating, they decided to install air conditioners. We bought one ourselves from Zanussi. We couldn't find an air conditioner installer in our area, so we had to ask Google for help. Within two hours, I had specific offers on my e-mail, with detailed specifications and prices (by the way, we did not find cheaper prices), of the air conditioners we are interested in. On the same day, a specialist drove up to us (free of charge) and already on the spot consulted us on a professional level, sparing no time) We were very pleasantly surprised when the air conditioner was delivered to us (Mogilev) the next morning after placing the order. Well, a day later, the air conditioner was already installed!!!!!! The installer is Andrey, a cool guy who knows his business. He worked carefully and quickly. After finishing work, I cleaned up after myself with MY vacuum cleaner!!!!!! We didn't regret a bit that we chose this company! The guys are working together and sooooo fast, without any delay!

The manager girl is very pleasant to communicate with, she spoke as well as possible about the types and brands and models in particular. 100% decided that we would purchase it from this company, but we planned to do it after a fervent finish.
But again, the manager told about the working conditions, those are not only 100% payment for equipment in the company, but also installments (which in our case is very convenient). And we bought an air conditioner. The installation specialists made the laying of communications and the canopy of the outdoor unit, professionally: quickly and clearly. Special thanks to them!

We bought faulty air conditioners.
Service engineers came several times - the air conditioners started working, but incorrectly. According to their technical characteristics, they can be used in the temperature range from -5. At 0, a fur coat is already freezing on them - and they tell me that this is the norm.
The staff is illiterate - they say that they are an online store, not technical specialists. There is no service and no solution to the issues.
When buying air conditioners, ask if anyone can make competent calculations.
In my case, manager Kristina sold the non-working equipment and that was the end of it.
Lack of customer focus.
I do not recommend working with them.
There are offices with competent engineers and normal service, it's a pity I found out about it too late.
