Until the 90s, there was the RDC. After the Second World War, a drama theater was temporarily located there. From the 90s to 2015-17, there was a homeless shelter with fires, etc. It's currently undergoing a lengthy renovation, but it's high-quality (at least from the outside). I wonder who the owner is and what are the plans for this building.
At the beginning of the Second World War, there was a ghetto on this place, there is a stone with a plaque next to it, there are always flowers and wreaths. Therefore, entertainment establishments have no place here.

Maybe there was once a metallers club, but when I was with it, it was a regional house of culture (RDK), then it was empty, burned, and was in terrible condition for 15-20 years. At the moment, they are being restored and rebuilt. I don't know what will happen there.

A building that must be preserved. The history of the place is full of lyrical and tragic events, but this is life.
