It's a great place. Everything is very cozy and atmospheric, like at home. There are many different toys, which are replenished with each new visit and new ones appear. Desserts and coffee are very tasty. The staff is very friendly and it is clear that they are doing what they love. It is a very pleasant and atmospheric place. The room is not large, and this is a plus, since the child is always in sight. There are many different toys, zones and activities. The slide with the maze has gone very far for the child, while it is quite safe, and you don't have to worry that the baby will fall somewhere. Delicious coffee, lots of comfortable tables, polite staff. We will definitely do it again!

A nice place for kids up to 4 years old. Toys are good. Maze, kitchen, dry pool, wheelchairs. We liked it. And most importantly - in Loshitsa. And you don't need to go anywhere) I took it and went to play in the middle of the day. Discount for large families is nice. Coffee to me, as a rule, is not very (bitter), but during my visit there were people without children purely for coffee, so it's delicious for someone.

А мне понравилось! И ребенку понравилось (после дневного сна попросил ещё раз поехать).
Девушка на ресепшене/кассе очень приятная, все рассказала и объяснила, очень быстро обслуживает, очень быстро убирает.
Игрушек много, в большинстве деревянные. Горка и бассейн чистые. Развлекалок для малыша (ему 2,4) хватило.
Для меня минус - это 1 туалет. Когда маленький ребенок хочет в туалет, у тебя пара секунд, чтобы добежать. А если там кто-то, то беда(((((

Все понравилось. Кофе вкусный. Персонал вежливый. Помещение крутое. Атмосфера на высшем уровне. Классное место чтобы придти и просто расслабиться, попить кофе и просто отдохнуть. 5 звёзд

В целом, нормально. Концепция классная. Интерьер приятный. Но вот персонала не хватает. Одна девушка была. И гостей встречать и за кассой стоять и разносить напитки.
Кофе свой долго ждала. Соответственно на зале тоже порядка никакого. Лишь под закрытие игровую зону убирают и приводят в порядок. Мы пришли поздно и в игрушках такой бардака и хаос был, что непонятно что от чего.

Хорошее место для времяпрепровождения с детьми, есть бассейн с шариками и другие интересные вещи (за детскую кофемашину я в детстве бы душу продала). Зашли попробовать необычное мороженое: сырное, грибное и ржаное. Мороженое 10/10.

The employee saw but did not come to the door, my child started crying and did not understand what was happening, they were not allowed to see the children. Instagram Instagram was on the door, found them and wrote, to which they replied, "follow the Instagram posts", "sorry". And if I didn't have Instagram!? The evening was ruined. they said that the employee is to blame, and what does he have to do with it if this happens on behalf of the company and not on behalf of the employee. Amazingly, another parent came up and defiantly closed the second door, (because we could be heard). Please note that customer focus is zero, only for the first customers on the rest they do not care.

Помещение огонь! Большой бассейн из Шариков! Очень круто для праздников детских как с аниматором так и без! Много столов для гостей! Много парковочных мест.

If you want to eat , I definitely do not advise you , pancakes for 6 rubles , just frozen p / f heated in a microwave oven ... it's very strange how you can give this to children , maybe the coffee is good , but I was shocked that it's just frozen pancakes heated in the microwave🤯

По помещению, формату вопросов нет. Всё отлично. Но! Есть вопросы по персоналу: в первое посещение не рассказали о стоимости (оплата почасовая, 10 рублей за час за 1 ребенка).Во второе посещение при открытой двери вышли и сказали: «Мы закрыты, извините». Жалко,
