In 2023, I had a complex retinated tooth removed, for a fee, on the fifth floor. Ultrasound and modern technology were used - everything went smoothly and perfectly, despite the complexity of the operation. But in 2025, it was necessary to remove an ordinary wisdom tooth. When I wanted to sign up for a paid removal, it turned out that all the surgeons on the fifth floor had quit, and I was sent to a free office on the advice of the head… So what? They started to remove my tooth with simple tools, without any modern equipment. Just metal tools and that's it, honestly, the only thing missing for the entourage was a hammer. And although it was an ordinary tooth without complicated roots, it had NEVER hurt so much - even after three injections of anesthesia! The pain is unbearable, there is no question of accuracy. I'm in complete shock! How can the level of service degrade so much in 2025? Fall below the baseboard - that's putting it mildly... Conclusion: I will never come back here again and I will not advise anyone. I'm sorry, but this is exactly the case when it's better to overpay for another clinic than to experience all this...
