All the previous commentators probably think that they came to a coffee shop in Minsk, but I want to land a little and explain, this is the first coffee shop of this format in Svetlogorsk :) where do you get so much negativity from, people?)) for the money they charge there, the coffee is amazing!! It's worth every penny you spend. I sound like a former barista. There's not much to say about the hearty menu, I've never taken anything from them. But coffee, I repeat, is very tasty) for our city, it's just a godsend. It's great that we've finally opened up.
I've been there quite a few times, I've never encountered poor service. The girls are always friendly and attentive. Once they got mixed up: I ordered coffee without syrup, and my friend ordered it with syrup. I got her coffee with coconut syrup; I came up and asked to redo it, they redid it without any problems and apologized.
Worthy!
For me personally, the best coffee in Svetlogorsk is in Coffee Sound🙂

This is terrible! We wanted to drink coffee with vegetable milk. They asked me to wait (it's okay), I waited for about ten minutes. But it turned out that they had only one taste open, and the rest were sealed, and they were not going to open them. I was shocked! In the end, I waited just like that, and we left without coffee. Up to this point, there were also questions, but I somehow turned a blind eye to them. But this case has shown that the client's wishes can be completely ignored.

I came twice and twice there was no drink that I wanted, and once I took bubble tea, which tasted just like a palpi for 2 rubles. If you are not ready to introduce such drinks into your menu, then you do not need to mislead customers who come for a particular drink, I am very upset.🙄

We ordered an Americano, and there was a greasy stain floating in the cup. But I liked the latte. I also didn't like that they made coffee for a very long time, about 15 minutes!! While I was waiting for coffee, I watched the picture. The girl washed the dishes with just water, without detergents. That is, I just rinsed the cups and spoons with water. I don't think I'll be visiting this place anymore. Three stars just because of the latte!

Positive: interior.
Cons: very LONG SERVICE, lack of necessary products, cooking in the workplace, ALWAYS A MADHOUSE and A MESS.
So already the local fleas are praising this eatery, that mom is dear, but in fact, PSHAW.

The service is just "great", we took coffee with almonds 2 times and there were no almonds in it! When asked why there are no almonds, they said it was over, when asked why they did not warn and took money for an incomplete composition - they patted their eyelashes, turned away and wanted to sneeze at us.

I've been wanting to visit this coffee shop for a long time, today we decided to go. The interior is super 👍🏻 this is probably the only thing I liked.
I drink coffee with alternative milk, there was no milk, I had to take Americano. I also liked the coffee.
The menu is beautiful, but the expectation-reality does not match.
I ordered a croissant "Caprese", was not warned that there was no balsamic vinegar, okay, apologized, tried the croissant, it is not the first freshness and is very different from what is stated in the menu. I went to the barista to clarify about the freshness of the product, I was assured that the croissant was baked in the morning and it is fresh. I was dissatisfied with the order, they did not offer to settle the situation. The barista was untidily dressed, the apron was quite dirty. Very upset about the service, products and lost time…

We were there once. The coffee turned out to be gorgeous, for a long time in the city in a cafe (takeaway) we have not found such high-quality coffee recently.
The description in the cheesecake menu was different from reality. I had to wait for them while they were being taken from somewhere (they were on a weekday, in the morning)
The cafe is cozy, it's nice to open such places in the city. On working days they work from 8 in the morning, it pleases.

I visited a new coffee shop Coffee Sound in Svetlogorsk, unfortunately the expectation was not fulfilled.
At the entrance, the girl did not greet us. I ordered a croissant "caprese", I was not warned that there was no balsamic vinegar and the dish was served without it, and I ordered it because of this sauce. Of the drinks, I made a choice in favor of cappuccino with vegetable milk, and as a result, vegetable milk was not available at all, so I ordered tea with thyme, which also disappointed me, because instead of tea with thyme I just got tea with syrup with berries, thyme did not smell there…
However, I was pleased with the very beautiful design of the coffee shop, quite modern and convenient location of the tables, which can not but please.

They ruined our evening. We went to a coffee shop with a friend, ordered a matcha latte, but the response of the "great" barista was "I'm so tired and I don't remember how to cook it at all.Order something else!"Well, of course we ordered something else, but the coffee was so-so.
