Delicious pancakes and friendly staff. But the furniture in the establishment is a fiasco. High tables and bar hard wooden chairs. There is one lower table with solid benches.
Therefore, the only wish is to replace the furniture.

I don't know if my review was influenced or just coincidentally, but the furniture was replaced with a more comfortable one) the place became more cozy, and the pancakes are still delicious, I add an asterisk for this)

Very cozy and pleasant place, friendly staff. Insanely delicious pancakes, the best coffee in my life, moderately sweet, soft foam. I liked the atmosphere! There are people with dogs who can be petted, hugged, and played with. Especially for dogs, there is always a filled bowl with water. Pleasant air temperature!
