Everything I took there was delicious, excellent breakfasts, friendly staff.. I really like to sit outside, drink tea or coffee. There are buses coming from excursions right next to it, I always went here after excursions to eat and waited for this ;)

Today we went to the restaurant and when the waiter brought us the menu, we immediately told what we had with us. After that, the waiter came up to us after another 15 minutes to take the order. The order was accepted and we went out on a table on the street to wait for the order there. The waiter saw us on the street at least 2 times when he went out to bring and take away the bill of the next table, as well as when he was inside, because the windows there are large and we were sitting right in the center. As a result, after 25 minutes, when he goes outside again, I ask him if our order is ready, to which he clarifies it and leaves again. It took him another 5 minutes to come and say something, and he didn't punch the order, because he THOUGHT we were gone. Just sur. says: well, I asked the administrator, she said not to punch. I have no doubt that he saw us on the street. He didn't even apologize, didn't say he was sorry, or didn't ask if he could punch the order again. It's so infuriating, how can you hire people and not teach them the base?...

The Bagel coffee shop and the whole chain are simply the best.
I've been in all the bagels and everything is mega-tasty, for adequate money. The only thing missing is the staff, they are running around and barely have time.

The staff is trying, but there is room to grow. A wonderful place! It's hard to find a seat, but it's worth it! Delicious coffee and bagels with fillings. Excellent desserts. Very polite and cool waiters will help you find a place and answer all your questions.
