Been in Brest for nearly a year and this is the best Cafe I have found to-date.Great place to relax and read a book or even bring your laptop to study or do a bit of work.Staff are extremely friendly and the coffee's and Cakes are amazing. Really good lunches also at very good prices. I come here at least once a week. Sundays can be busy but still great service. Can highly recommend.

Very tasty and reasonable prices, suitable for small companies, for meetings, conversations. There is a clean toilet and even board games and books can be taken to read and play. There is an artificial fireplace, the cafe is decorated according to the season or holiday, there are breakfasts. YOU CAN TAKE IT OUT!

The advantages of this institution are that (1) the food is always delicious, both the menu and the cakes, (2) a fairly large area, a lot of seats.
The biggest and most significant disadvantage I would call the complete lack of service, the staff does not even remove empty dishes from the tables..
P.S. Cocoon always has barista vacancies, although they are no longer expanding, therefore it's a matter of turnover. Well, if the working conditions and payment are so-so, then the service will not be good either :)
He has been my favorite for a very long time, but times are changing.

Cons - the cafe itself is very small, you can clearly hear other people's conversations. The tables by the window are always occupied. The aisle tables are mostly free, which is not convenient to sit there.

Yes, yes, adults will come to you for this. And it will smell like home . And your menu is not possible. Cakes are more or less. But it's not food. In short, you can do it once and that's it. The staff is normal and friendly, but they often discuss the management very much. I'm in charge myself, and it's not really all that. The interior is normal but never cleaned, as it is important for a child, well, do it on the second floor, so in general the dust is terrible.

The food is very bad. A couple of examples:
1) croissants made from ordinary (NOT puff pastry) dough, like a piece of the cheapest loaf. I've never eaten such bad croissants in my life.
2) there was one breakfast with buckwheat sausage and eggs with vegetables. It was more or less passable, considering the rest of the food there. But even this dish was spoiled due to the fact that each time the amount of sausage and vegetables decreased and buckwheat became more.
3) they have some kind of sauce and they generally pour almost all non-sweet dishes, pancakes, breakfasts.
They probably save money on everything
Another of the oddities is that there is a large sign that dogs are not allowed. I have not met more coffee shops where they do not like animals. It's also very strange.
