This is some kind of madhouse. You will put money on the Kokshe Bus card and then guess whether they are there or not. The balance can only be viewed on the ticket. My husband was not allowed off the bus today because there is no balance on the card, although I dropped him off at 5 p.m. yesterday. Is it possible to drop it off and pay in cash??? It's a mess!
