When you list the advantages, keep in mind some disadvantages that a Class A business center cannot have. All toilets in the building can be locked and only then send a warning about it. There is never soap in the toilets. In winter, ice is not cleaned off the stairs and rubber is not installed on the steps. If you fall, they won't even help you get up and pretend that they didn't notice the incident. There has never been a window wash in three years. You can change the lamp only through the administration, it will take several days. If you feel hot or cold, you can only ventilate, since all this is centrally controlled. Parking costs 300 tenge/hour, some parking meters do not accept cards. If you leave late at night, you will have to wander through the entire building, because the main entrance will be closed and the card will not work. Carry lunch with you; the cafe is one and the food there is for an amateur.

But it does not reach the business center of class A, the management is "Kazakh ", it is not convenient to park, parking for bicycles and scooters in the sun, there are no sockets nearby, there is no normal dining room with business lunches in the building, the reception is formal, you will not get any help from them, turnstiles jam, food delivery to the upper floors they don't let you in, you always have to go down, the elevators are slow. The view from the window is gorgeous and the windows open, it pleases.

I work here. Not very maintenance of the building, some kind of mismanagement. There is always no paper and paper towels, in the corridors in winter as on the street, there is no heating in principle. The girls at the reception never know anything or anyone. The snow is not removed from the granite steps, the stained glass windows in the office are dirty for the second year.
