We stayed in a hotel in the same building with this cafe, hoping to have lunch, dinner and maybe relax in the evening. We went in at lunchtime to find out that yes, somehow - a strange room, a gloomy hall, and then a hall behind the doors, but there a woman pushes the tables apart, and on the right, too, something glows... It is unclear where to go, who to contact... To the side in the corner, a woman, most likely the administrator, was discussing something with a guy on a laptop... I came up, said hello, asked if it was possible to have lunch/dinner in the evening? Madame, without looking up from her laptop monitor, waves her hand, saying go, not up to you... I walked to the bar in the first hall - no one... They didn't immediately understand what was going on, they still looked in the evening, naive, but the company was walking... After all, there was a special service! Well, hang a sign at the entrance! And, I don't understand, is it really hard to turn to customers, devote 10 seconds of your precious time!? I don't care about ours... To say hello, to say sorry, we can't accept an order/special service today, either now or in the evening...
