One of the best wheelchair shops in Minsk! The staff and management are always positive, responsive, friendly. The store has a very nice option - you can exchange your stroller for a new one with or without a surcharge. We took advantage of it today and left on a new transport! Also with a gift :) faster than on kufar and appreciated our stroller with dignity. Thank you very much! We'll come for a bike soon;)

The service was good ,found these guys through bloggers who were going to become parents and then bought the stroller, I of course kept them and how it's time for us ^),decided that all will get there ,start a dialogue to instagram answered accurately, quickly, and the best part is that if anyone has the same product cheaper was lost in price at the same as other shops ,or even cheaper there are no questions ,I've ordered in November ,paid, deferred stock at least 2 weeks before birth ,then it is time to bring the chest of drawers ,bed and mattress, the fact that collecting the chest is not so easy especially in a single ,agreed that her father will come and help her husband ,shipping to negotiate better 2 days said and done, we agreed tonight to a certain time, whatever it was convenient ,husband and father-in-law was sick in the morning before delivering at 8 in the morning, I am again reminded of an evening delivery ,said Yes of course ,then before delivery a 25 minute ,father-in-law and husband at home ,waiting, called to clarify ,and for sure the delivery will be because how strange that the courier does not ring ,said precise and you shall find,took 10 minutes ,I realized that nothing is normal will not be called back and said we have to send a girl today could be tomorrow?tomorrow there will be men, and there is a woman here at all, if the delivery is only before the entrance, I replied that no, if you had reported it in the morning, then no problem, but now you have already arrived and are waiting for the chest of drawers to assemble, they said, we understood you, we will decide, they called back and said that the delivery would be within 45 minutes, this is 45 minutes later than the time we agreed on, I was very outraged because it was piggish, at 8 a.m. I reminded them, clarified, not just asking for a specific time, they decided that tomorrow, because the girl, the only thing the seller told me in a satisfied voice, the girl well you are so worried, of course I am worried because the evening was freed up for this, the in-laws came from another point of the city ,

Although there were problems with the supplier, the guys did not score - they solved all the issues and did not disappear from the connection even on weekends. On Thursday, an order was placed for the MOWBaby "SMART" MB101 (Ginger) stroller. On Friday, I called the store, apologized that they could not deliver on Friday, because the delivery service was letting them down. We agreed that it will be delivered on Sunday at around 12:00. I called on Sunday at 13:00, to which the surprised manager said, "yes, this can't be, we don't have such strollers, you definitely should have been told that we don't have such strollers." Thank you for my time and nerves.

I would like to separately note the warranty service - minor defects in the form of a stray brake were fixed in 10 minutes, and once the frame cracked - they were accepted for repair without questions and a few days later they made a replacement.
