There's no point in their work. If the time is set, then you can safely arrive + an hour late, and still have to wait. The work is not organized at all, because all the members of the commission think of themselves as great bosses and experts in relation to minors. These commissions are a waste of time!!!!! . If you call by a certain time, then work on time. I also understand the delay of a couple of minutes. But not more than an hour!!!!!!
