Initially, they messed up during installation, and when problems began and the balcony began to be flooded, they began to refuse obligations under the contract, for some reason referring to a lawyer. There is no energy, time and extra nerve cells to sue these people.

They put windows in the entire apartment, which was just bought in the winter of 2020.As a result, not only did the production take more than 2 months, but the balcony door turned out to be the wrong size.They apologized, said that in 2 weeks.they will change it, they waited for another 1.5 months, with calls for a reminder from our side, they still brought the right one (fortunately there was a door to a glazed balcony, otherwise in winter with a cellophane-covered window, 1.5 months.to wait, that would be another fairy tale).
The adventure did not end there.Since the apartment was undergoing major repairs starting from roughing to finishing work, for another half a year, no one removed the protective films from the profiles in order to minimally smear the windows. And so, when it was time to take it all off, it turned out that on one of the windows there was a hefty crack on the profile with a defect in the form of a chip. In another window, the opening sash has sagged and the window cannot be closed without lifting. On the balcony, the elastic band of the door has already stretched and sagged. This is taking into account that for half a year, while repairs were underway, no one lived in the apartment and the products were not fully exploited.There is nothing to do, the job has already been accepted. But the manufacturer promises a 10-year warranty. Well, we're calling the warranty department.The order is accepted and it is said that within 2 weeks.we will be contacted and the master will come.It's been 3 weeks, no one called, no one came.We called back ourselves, until we had a fight, the issue was not resolved.In 5 days.the master has reached it after all.I covered up the crack with silicone, I said I couldn't help you with anything else.I screwed up the window, the rubber band, said I would replace it next time, left the number, said on the phone.
As a result, we have been calling him twice or three times a week for the second month, every time he fails, then there is a lot to do, then he does not have time today, let's get on the trail.a week, and if he promises to definitely come on some day, then without appearing - neither on this day nor on the next.day, does not pick up the phone.We would have bought and changed this rubber band ourselves a long time ago if we knew which one and how.
The moral of the whole story is as follows:my advice is not to contact this company, I have never encountered such a disregard for customers!

Everything is fine. Especially the price/quality ratio. The windows were installed as ordered, the garbage was removed, But there is one thing, the manager, during a preliminary interview and in the office, all claimed that, by agreement, the old windows are removed (i.e. disposed of), for which the installation needs to be ordered only on working days and during working hours. In fact, after signing the contract and making an advance payment, it turned out that nothing was being taken out, but only put in the trash (which is prohibited by the waste management rules) and the dispute with the same managers did not lead to anything. All due to the fact that this moment is not spelled out in the contract at all.
I recommend that anyone who will deal with them in the future demand to clarify this issue before signing the contract and make it mandatory to register it in the contract or draw up a "Protocol of disagreement" to the contract. At the same time, keep in mind that before signing at the end of the contract, it is necessary to manually enter the phrase "With the protocol of disagreement" and until the "Protocol of Disagreement" is signed by the company, the contract is considered not concluded and, accordingly, no prepayments are made.
