I arrived at the office on Obolon at 8:30 on the weekend. My first visual impression was that there were employees there after the corporate night. And not just that, but alcoholics with experience - in all manners. Then I realized that there was no characteristic smell, but people just look kind of strange. They went outside after the meeting, some of them staggered and stood unsteadily on their feet. The girl who conducted the interview had an unnatural intonation. She lied to me outright, and didn't tell me what kind of job she was talking about! Then, to my bewilderment, Dmitry, who called himself a consultant, led us, who had come to look for work, down the street, apparently to the point of sale, I began to understand a little. He looks either like a drunk who gets into an aggressive state. Or as a "screwed up" person who is mentally unstable, overexcited and behaves maniacally. He walked and cursed like a shoemaker (!!!), despite the fact that I am a woman, at least! I didn't even realize it right away, even out of surprise. I can't get my head around such vulgar behavior! He told me "how to fire everyone for ..." who does not bring money to the office, i.e. immediately tried to exert mental pressure. And most importantly, when I asked him directly what kind of job he was talking about, he answered me: "Were you told to be with me until the evening? All? Why are you asking? Do what you are told" emphasis on "you were told". Don't you take on a lot? Serfdom was abolished back in 1861. What kind of bestial attitude is this towards people?! What kind of manners are these? Do you have a director of a company after prison - he doesn't know any other manners and builds such a policy? I do not know what to compare it with even! Comrades, this is low and vulgar, no matter what you think about it! Are you not afraid to participate in this for your soul? Would you like this fate for your children? And you give it to others. You have a problem with your conscience! And with the psyche. Because a healthy person will not stoop to lying on such a scale and to such an attitude towards others and behavior. Pleasant natural manners are attractive in people!
