A solid big minus.
Tickets were purchased for Emirates. The flight was cancelled by the airline due to problems at the airport. The airline transferred all tourists who bought tickets from them to other flights. We were told to contact the place where we bought. I've been in correspondence with one two trip all day. They did not give any specific information, they said to wait. At the same time, the booked hotel was already on fire. I called them many times from abroad and did not receive any clear answer. Only the next day they wrote that they could not help in any way. I bought a new ticket + lost a night at the hotel. I have been waiting for a refund for 6 months. Everyone who lost this flight was either displaced or the money was refunded. One two trip fed endless promises and eventually stopped responding altogether. Unprofessional staff and fraudulent company policy!

Terrible company. We ordered plane tickets to Sochi through them, but before leaving, a family member fell ill with covid. They called, canceled the tickets, and then the epic of the refund began (60t, for a minute). They asked for a doctor's certificate, as well as birth certificates confirming that children cannot fly alone without their parents🤦♀️ Everything was provided, in the end, "wait"… It was possible to return the money only at the end of August (and the tickets were paid in June!!!), when we, tired of correspondence with unsubscribes during the summer, threatened with a pre-trial claim (remember these words, they have a magical effect on such unscrupulous sellers!). That is, for more than 2 months our money was spinning no matter where, we had to find the amount to buy new tickets (we took a train through Russian Railways, there are no problems with refunds, and cancellation is practically free). I do not advise anyone, it is better to buy directly from the airline, so that in case of force majeure you can easily return your tickets and your money!

We missed the Moscow - Phuket flight, the company advertised a return ticket from Phuket to Moscow.
When requesting a refund, 24,000 rubles were refunded when paying 100% 260,000 rubles.
We will never use the services of this company.
In my opinion, after this situation, this company is not very adequate. When asked to restore return tickets Phuket - Moscow, the company refused. We ruined our vacation, we had to use another company.
