I sent my parents on a tour, they put me in a room where the engine is rattling on the roof, which is extremely problematic to sleep, they demanded 40 bucks a paw to move into a normal room, which means it's there, but my parents are principled. The tez tour guide does not actually solve the problem. But everything is freezing, come at 10 a.m., then at 12, then at 14, then tomorrow come at 10 a.m. In short, spend the rest, all the days and maybe the last night you'll get a good night's sleep. Now I continue to send messages to the agent, but for 3 nights they can't move, the parents don't get enough sleep. Without explaining the reasons, the departure dates are postponed: without providing an official document explaining the reason, they do not try to resolve the issue in a form convenient for everyone. I have booked a tour for the month of January, in September. At the end of November, they wrote to my e-mail that the Minsk-Sharm-Minsk flight would not be operated. No reason. No bonuses for the time and opportunities spent. The girls are on direct phones, they say only one thing, write to us by e-mail, we will give it to you... Where should we send it? What for? For another unsubscription. THE ORGANIZATION IS NOT INTERESTED IN ITS CUSTOMERS! You will solve any questions that arise due to their fault on your own! 03/12/2025 Unfortunately, life does not teach me. I turned to this tour operator again and got upset again. "ADVERTISING ABOUT EARLY BOOKING IS A LIE!!! I booked a trip for half a year, according to the "best" conditions at that time! A month before the trip, the tour fell in price by 300 yandex units!!!!! The same dates, the same conditions, the same plane, but 300 units cheaper (I have not received a clear answer to the question on what terms the tour became cheaper and where your "early booking gives you favorable conditions" for purchasing the tour. Of course, no one wanted to return the difference. result: THE ADVERTISEMENT ABOUT EARLY BOOKING IS A LIE!"

I will not describe here the full range of emotions that we experienced, I will just say that the mood before the vacation was simply destroyed. When we arrived to sort it out, it turned out that the proposed hotels would not be able to accept us, and the promised provisions were also just empty words. In the end, the tour operator advised that the tickets would not be lost to fly like this, and use the "booking" on the spot. And only after warning that a statement to the prosecutor's office would be written tomorrow, the tour operator miraculously (JUST FOR US) solved the "issue" and said fly. There are still a lot of wild details in this story, but in conclusion, I will only say that at the hotel we met several more people with the same stories from the Belarusian representative office of Teztur, and Representatives of Teztur in Egypt apologized and said that they had not heard anything like that and assumed that we just almost became victims of the usual scheme of fraud. Representatives of the hotel have also not heard anything about the termination of cooperation with the tour operator.
