I made a large order of blocks and related materials for the construction of a private house. I talked on the phone initially with Director Dmitry. He painted everything beautifully. I was attracted by the fact that not only the blocks can be brought, but also all the other building materials from my list. They sent me an invoice, arranged for delivery. Nothing was brought on the specified day, although we agreed on two cars in one day. The first car was delivered a few days later, and the second one a week later. The blocks were ordered by the ICSI and this was clearly agreed with the director. In fact, they brought Smorgon blocks and did not warn them until he saw them already on his site. Until it was unloaded, I called Dmitry that I didn't need such blocks. In response, he turned on a cool salesman and began to rub that these are the best blocks, that Minsk and Zabetova are bad, that my builders do not understand anything if they do not want to put the imported blocks. After an hour of negotiations, we agreed on a different price for the blocks and on the delivery price (although I could have ordered cheaper delivery). Dmitry also offered as a bonus the return of pallets to a warehouse in Minsk, and not to Smorgon. In the second car, the remaining blocks + glue, mixture, vent channels, lintels and slate (slate if it fits) were to be brought. In fact, they did not even have slate in stock and no one was going to ship it, and they forgot to load the jumpers and did not bring them. I took the jumpers from the warehouse myself, even though they should have been. In addition, when unloading glue, the driver tore and partially scattered 5 bags, I also did not say anything about this, although these were not my problems. Well, the conclusion: the blocks were terrible, at least 30 percent with broken corners, a lot of broken in half-you couldn't trust the director, in fact, just to sell him, even by deception. And of course about the bonus in the form of returning pallets to Minsk: no one told me about this, I came up with it, Dmitry said. If I had known that they would do this, I would have turned their car around and ordered everything from others.
They didn't bring any documents for the delivered cargo either, they didn't even hand over the bill, and the driver told them to go to their office and pick it up
I do not advise dealing with the Compass Invest company, they just want to cash in on ordinary people at any cost.
