Whatever you call the boat, it will float, so here it is, do not repair it, but wash it down. I was repairing a midrange speaker from concert acoustics, I was immediately surprised by the mess and unsanitary conditions in the office. Disassembled machinery is scattered around, which has already been covered with a layer of dust....there are half-finished bottles of cognac under the table, garbage is lying on the floor… Well, I think okay, the laboratory, it happens. The repair was accepted according to the certificate, the receipt was printed out, except that they did not ask for a photocopy of the passport, but they did not forget to take an advance payment of 200 UAH. They said to expect a call. A few days later, they called back, said that repairs were possible, it was necessary to center and rewind the speaker, they said, come pay the full cost. Surprise number two was when I arrived at the office to pay for repairs. After paying another 600 UAH, the person who took the speaker from me for repair led me to the next table (under which there was an unfinished bottle of cognac last time) at which their employee was sitting, last time he was not there, he was dressed in dirty clothes and he reeked of the strongest fumes, and he himself, to put it mildly, was under the shafe, as it turned out, he is the master who repairs my speaker. The speaker was already lying completely disassembled and glued on the table, where they clearly explained to me what was what. Well, I think OK, since it has already been sorted out, since it has already been paid, since I have already applied here, then let them do it, especially since it often happens that the master needs to take a little alcohol to perform accurate work. A week later, as promised, they called and said the order was ready. I took it from the same person to whom I handed it over, there was no employee with alcohol on the spot. He connected my speaker, showed that it worked, I thanked him, said goodbye and went home to install the speaker in place. Installed, assembled, everything works. I used the acoustics once, everything was fine. Then autumn came. I use them mainly in the spring and summer period, because you don't practice much with kilowatt speakers at home, and in good weather you can have a good karaoke party or a disco for friends on the road. Spring has come, and my friends and I are going on vacation again, we took the acoustics with us. And what do you think?? The speaker that was repaired for me refused to work ... I call there, and in response to me "–a 3-day warranty, and after half a year we can only accept it from you for a new repair on a general basis", trying to convince them that the speaker was used for a maximum of 4 hours after repair, and the rest of the time with they blew the dust off him, ran into only the phrase "if you don't want to, don't carry it, it's your right", and the phone was dropped. As a result, the conclusion is that DRINKING ALCOHOL is not responsible for poorly done work, and in general, what kind of quality can there be if they drink right there. So people, I do not advise you to even go there (or maybe there are germs in this unsanitary environment), take care of your equipment and health, and contact only professionals for repairs, not alcoholics! And don't get fooled by "Glory to Ukraine", which sounds like a place of beeps on their call, this is purely a marketing ploy, there is no smell of patriotism there, such people do not glorify her, but shame her!!! And I, in turn, will complain to the relevant authorities. To prove that the speaker does not work due to poor-quality repairs, of course, it will now be unrealistic, but it is quite possible to get a fine for drunkard workers, and maybe even close such an office-a liquor store! glory to Ukraine!!!
