The agency did not check all the documents necessary for the transaction, and at the stage of its implementation, taking advantage of the lack of time, asked for money to eliminate errors in the certificates. And their manager even asked for the owner's EDS key, ostensibly to eliminate errors as soon as possible.
During my interaction with the agency, I suffered significant time and financial losses, and the agency refused to reduce the cost of services proportionally.

Unfortunately, I had to deal with a real estate agency, which turned out to be a complete disappointment. They not only failed to meet the promised deadlines for completing the apartment transaction, but also did not pay due attention to checking the necessary documents, and also demanded additional money in excess of the contract. I will not recommend anyone to consider cooperation with this real estate agency in the future.

The agency did not check all the necessary documents to ensure the transaction. We were traveling from C-Pb to the deal, and Samara airport reported that the passport of the second owner was expired. I do not recommend dealing with this organization! Because of them, we stayed in Uralsk for a week longer, and this is a time and financial cost.
