Great hotel! I liked the double room on the top floor. High ceilings, good decoration of the hall. There are no breakfasts, but there are several coffee shops nearby with breakfasts, with a fairly varied menu.

It's not a bad hotel, compared to the Lida. If for a couple of days, then it's very good (for a half-hour, I lived there). The rooms are comfortable, a separate unit with a bathroom with a shower cabin, clean towels and linen, soap, gel (a trifle is nice), comfortable beds, there are chairs and a table in the room, a TV and a small refrigerator (the main thing is to be connected correctly, because only one socket remains in operation when removing the chip). You can ask for a kettle at the reception. The staff is polite and tidy, always in touch. If you take off for a long time, you need to hang signs for cleaning, then it is done, otherwise during eviction (I think this is partly correct). The only disadvantage is ventilation, it is really lacking and I would like an active one, another disadvantage is the absence of any cooking room, there is no microwave, no other places for cooking and eating. The hotel is aimed at tourists. Reservations are allowed.
By the way, there are cafes and restaurants nearby

The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired. There is a spider web above the door. The TV remote probably never gets wiped. In the shower, when cleaning, by some miracle, they did not notice and left a dark hair. There was an incomprehensible leak in the toilet, which the reception called a powder divorce after cleaning without even looking at it. I didn't want to argue. There are enough towels for one, they look clean. The room has a large wardrobe, a glass, a TV, a refrigerator and a shoe horn. In principle, for 1-2 nights for those who travel with their shower slippers, find something to wrap the remote control in and do not focus too much on perfect cleanliness, it will do.

The staff is polite and helpful. All issues, even minor ones, have been resolved. There is no breakfast, but there are a couple of cafes 5 minutes away from 8 am.
The single room on the 3rd floor is small and clean. The bed is normal. There is a refrigerator, a 32" TV. The bathroom, which is very rare in apartments, and even more so in hotels (the water is hard), has a serviceable shower and a shower stall drain.
You can rent a kettle. There is a place to stroke. You can order laundry, but it's more than a day and only a week. Since the location is in the center, there are many places to eat in the evening. It is very convenient for a business trip.

At the expense of this place there is a folding sofa, curved with slits of 10-15 cm on three sides. As a result, the child slept with us.
That the shower stall and the toilet are designed, apparently, for midgets. It's just tin. By the way, there was not even a place to put shampoo and gel in the shower, only on the floor.

Guests are not appreciated here, a room for 80 rubles, to put it mildly, does not match the price, there has been no repair for a long time, the laminate is worn out, the air conditioner does not work, the shower cabin is about to fall apart, upholstered furniture with stains, the carpet is dirty, the seams in the tile on the bathroom floor are also unclean. The only plus is white soft towels and boiling white bed linen - and everything is in order.
