There are two ticket offices, but from time to time you have to stand in line. Not for long, but during the hours of activity, get ready to wait for 10-15 minutes. I have a kind of sloppy impression of this store, the staff is not very polite. They are rude and behave provocatively. Not everything, of course, but the management needs to keep it clean and work with the staff. After all, the store is located in the very center of the city of Gomel.
