A great store, friendly employees work very hard, they know their business, everyone knows. The store is within walking distance, you can come here quickly, right in your slippers. They have such a product as cold-smoked sprat, which is not available in any other store in Vitebsk.

Hello, of course we understand everything, employees need lunch, and we don't mind, but not during rush hour. We wanted to order pizza, we came at 18:20 and the cook is at lunch. They said to wait 30 minutes. People go from work to school knowing that you can order delicious pizza and such a bummer. Wait until lunch is over and then cook ... about an hour in total. The impression is not very good. Please work with the lunches. Because it is very unpleasant. Thank you very much for the service.

And then she gives me "Actually, before you go to the self-service checkout, you need to take off your headphones to hear what YOU're doing," I just fell out.. Honey, who am I to you? A girlfriend? Please teach your employees the minimum courtesy and respect for customers! Although, please go into the void, but maybe if suddenly the management of this farce reads reviews, at least something will be taken into account.

I remember that the guards do not monitor the fact that unknown persons are taking products out of the hall, products are stolen even from the customers themselves at the checkout. Semi-finished products are not fresh, you can get poisoning (be careful and careful!!!) I ask the administration to pay special attention to the shelf life of products, and it is possible to strengthen security. I don't go to this store anymore. But everyone can choose for himself where it is better for him to buy food. I wish all the employees of the store success in their further work and in working on the "mistakes" that can be corrected.

The whole trouble is the assortment. Baby food in jars, there are only two types and those are the most inappropriate. There is no cooking, the meat department is bare, only chicken bones are missing. There are only the cheapest minced paper in the refrigerated stalls. Prices are the same as everywhere else.

Often there are no necessary goods and the counters are empty, you can stumble upon overdue or stale products, store employees are homey when you make a remark to them about the quality of the product. And queues in the evenings are annoying, if you see that there are a lot of people, then what is the problem for all the ticket offices to work, and not two or worse, one.
