I had a bad print on the mug. I sent a picture on a perfect transparent background without a single extra pixel, and on the circle the area around the image became small, incomprehensible dots. Moreover, when they sent me the layout for approval, there were no such points. And when printing, a piece of the image was cut off.
I also printed a sticker sheet from them a couple of years ago, and one of the stickers turned out to be a marriage.

If you definitely have an idea and a picture that needs to be printed and at the same time have time and take your time, then you can apply once, BUT if you want something creative, cool - you definitely don't go there, they charge 90 rubles for design development, but the designer is sitting there for sure, the person doesn't care 1000% what you get as a result is slow, uninitiative, you need to adjust, communication is only via email, which is extremely inconvenient, managers with languid voices do not understand what they want from them.. prepayment of 50% , production takes 3 days and then you need to hurry - they won't have time .. a lot of wasted time , nerves , thwarted plans , and in the end - complete nonsense .. I regretted that I applied..
