I decided to write a short review about the travel agency "korolek travel". I must say right away that there was some kind of constant distrust of this agency, because before Korolka I always took vouchers from fairly large companies, and then the cost of the offered voucher bribed me. Very nice girls work at the agency, I had a chance to talk with Violetta and Inna. When I arrived, I was immediately offered coffee, sweets for the children, and Violetta gave me so much information when booking vouchers that she even gave me a lot. After the prepayment, I had a constant feeling that suddenly they would cheat and I would not leave at all. The cost of the trip was especially confusing - the price relative to many other agencies was very low, which is why there was such distrust - they say, why is everyone on average 500 dollars more expensive? Even after receiving the vouchers, there were some doubts. BUT, in the end, everything was fine, the girls issued vouchers according to all my requirements and the rest was what I needed. Now I'm even a little ashamed of my suspicions. Thank YOU little king for a great vacation at a good price))). In a word, I advise you.

I organized a trip to Batumi on my own, but due to geopolitical events, the departure was postponed and the rental of housing was disrupted, so it was decided to contact the agency to book a hotel, then insurance and PCR test services were added. On June 15, Georgia lifted the covid restrictions, I wrote an application for refusal of the service on 16.06, manager Violetta assured that the funds would arrive within 1-2 banking days. But the agency then changed the program, then payments were returned, then the accountant took a long time to reduce the debit with the loan, as a result, the money was returned on 06/28. Then the hotel we chose turned out to be an emergency (I went to it, repairs were in full swing with the replacement of windows and doors), and the operator of the Rostering Dead End E. notified Violetta that we would live in another 4* hotel without additional charges, in rooms with good repair. Google did not give any reviews about the hotel, because this hotel was 2* with wild reviews, it was renovated and the name was changed. There were no other options to choose from, I asked who would solve the issues if in fact nothing had changed at the hotel except the name, Violetta replied that I was contacting her, and she was already with Rostering. Upon arrival, it turned out that the room was in "gorgeous" condition, the bathroom was covered with mold, the stench was terrible, the toilet was broken, the mattress on one bed was slightly better than a dog litter, and on the second - actually the dog litter itself. The photos were dropped to the manager, her reaction was as professional as possible - Violetta stupidly remained silent for a day. Exactly 24 hours after my last message, Violetta said that she was contacting the manager, and here we are for the tenth day, but only one thing is clear: the Travel Queens have communication problems in Belarus.
