Terrible service and customer service in the central Korona store!!!!!!!! It is not clear how a large online store cannot provide sales services at the proper level! I came to the store to make a certificate for a large sum. A blanket was selected in the textile department. After selecting the product on the rack, I asked the employee of the hall to bring a blanket from the warehouse in a whole package (the blanket package was opened on the rack, the blanket was planned as a gift). Instead of being responsive to the customer's request, the consultant began trying to "merge" my request - "oh girl, who said that there is in stock, and if there is in the same package and in general it is already 18:00, no one will get it to you in the warehouse"!!!! Only after the administrator appeared, there was a sluggish attempt to go to the warehouse. However, the administrator also spread her hands. They offered to come the next day for a blanket at any time. They promised to get a warehouse. In the morning, upon arrival at the store for a put-down blanket, no one even remembered the promise. I had to wait for the blanket to be delivered from the warehouse. They brought it....In a torn package, it is unclear how it was stuffed into this very package. I'm shocked! The service is tin!!!!

The mall is cool, but expensive. I really like the choice of goods. It is convenient when you can buy goods for different purposes in one place. That's why I stop by sometimes. There is a cafe where you can take pizza to take away, which is very convenient. There are restrooms for both ladies and men. There are various wheelchairs for children. In a word, the service is good. Parking is generally huge.
