Of the advantages: 1) in your diploma it will be written ChelSU, not Kostanay branch, but named Chelyabinsk. I.e. as if you studied in Chelyabinsk itself. Diploma of the Russian Federation. 2) fixed tuition fee, i.e. by enrolling in the university you will pay one amount every year, for all 5 years. You don't get paid every year.
One of the disadvantages is a small building.

My mother works at the Kostanay branch of ChelSU. I have known this branch since early childhood, it stands for Chelyabinsk State University. There is also a branch in Chelyabinsk where students have Freedom of choice and whatever they want. It also has a dance group delis, which recently won a very good university in Moscow.
