We recently visited the Ark restaurant with friends, where we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and service. The interior of the establishment is stylish and quite cozy. The restaurant's menu offers dishes of European, Russian and Japanese cuisines, as well as hookah and a variety of drinks. We tried cold cuts, rolls, and salmon steak for hot. All the dishes were fresh and delicious, and the service was at a high level. A special feature of the restaurant is the presence of karaoke, where we were able to have a wonderful time and sing songs. Overall, our experience of visiting the Ark restaurant was positive, and we will definitely return there again.

I rent one star for the children's room. If there is one, then I think that for restaurant visitors it is necessary to make it free at least when ordering from a certain amount, since 500 rubles per visit plus a check is a lot. And if this service is provided for a fee, then hire a sociable nanny who contacts the children. And as if it exists, as if it does not exist.

We visited this restaurant in August 2024. We were very pleasantly surprised by the stylish, youthful and modern design. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is polite and friendly.
The food also pleased me. The feed was fast for 15-20 minutes. Everything is very tasty, the serving of dishes is pleasing to the eye.
There is a children's room - a huge plus!
We will definitely visit this institution again!

We previously visited this restaurant in February 2024, it was very very tasty there. In September, we came back on vacation and immediately went there with the kids. The game room is paid, 500 rubles per child, regardless of age and time. This time we didn't like the food at all, it was a disappointment, even the borscht was ruined. They were very upset. Perhaps the cook has changed. I liked only the service and the atmosphere.

Today we visited this institution. I want to share my impressions. It is a very atmospheric place, pleasant and polite waiters. The kitchen was really pleased, it was very tasty, I would like to say a huge thank you for a hundred. But one big PROBLEM arose when we had already paid off and were about to leave, which spoiled the impression and spoiled the mood. We were with the children, and when we entered the playroom, of course the children went to play while they were preparing the order. The fact that the game is paid for visitors, there is not a single sign, the staff also did not say anything. There were a couple of tables occupied in this place, no one else was there, and our children were playing there alone. And
when we are about to leave, a girl appears and informs us that we have to pay for the nursery, it turns out there is a payment, and apparently goes to her workplace in the nursery)))). And he's sitting there waiting for payment. Yes, it seems to be nothing critical, but the mood is spoiled to the extreme. This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude in such institutions!!!! I took off two stars just for this lady

We visited this "restaurant" today.
The menu is clearly aimed at tourists, because prices are above average in general and obviously not for everyone.
We booked a table in advance, made (a considerable prepayment), asked if there would be corporate parties and other mass events on the upcoming day, including children's parties. We wanted to celebrate DR in the family circle, regardless of the prices.
The manager who placed the order replied that noisy companies were not expected.... velkam.
Came... by the appointed time, they did not have time to prepare the pre-order- all salads) but khachapuri was carefully waiting for us on the table, and because by our arrival he had managed to cool down, he tasted like a rubber sole (why do that???.
The rest of the cold salads were delicious.
Then there's something else.
On this day, a children's holiday was celebrated, and the level of music included was higher than any norm! At the maximum level of Singing, Dancing and Songs!
The people sitting next to each other were not heard in conversation.
The waiters and the manager of the hall, at the request (delicately) began to argue that people were resting and they didn't care...go solve the problem yourself!!!. This is basically not normal!
(Well, not a restaurant.... a diner, with such a service!)
I am not against any event, and even more so the event that was celebrated...but why do I have to pay for it and "suffer"?

A great restaurant in a good area. He was sorely missed here. Gorgeous panoramic windows overlooking the city, passing cars and running people. Very spacious, very stylish, high-quality furniture and dishes, nothing superfluous. The waiters are sometimes very efficient. Sometimes they take their time.
The menu is large and varied.
I had breakfast with shakshuka. I really liked it.

We recently visited the restaurant and were very satisfied. The food was very tasty, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing.
I was most pleased with the playground. It was spacious, with lots of toys and slides where children could play for hours. This allowed us to enjoy dinner in peace while the children were busy.
We will definitely return to this restaurant again and will be happy to recommend it to all our family and friends.

I really love this place, I recommend it to my friends and family. Every visit to the Ark is a pleasure for me and my daughter. The staff always cares, gives delicious compliments, and welcomes you like family! What I especially like is delicious on any day and on any shift, you can not be afraid to come and bring your dear guests. It's always delicious here. I have never seen such a warm and delicious place in Sukhum in all five years of my life in the capital.

We were at the restaurant in October. We booked a table in advance for our anniversary. We were also warned in advance that there would be a banquet for 25 people , and we asked in advance if there would be children . The girl said she didn't know. We decided okay, even if there are children, this is a restaurant and the city positions itself as a fashionable, modern place with good service, there is unlikely to be any noise. However, the banquet turned out to be entirely made up of children. In addition, the children turned on music to their liking, not focusing on others, while the volume was such that sitting next to them, it was not possible to talk. To a fair remark, the administration replied that people were resting and nothing could be done about it. It turns out that we left about 20 tr on the receipt. We just went there. It's more interesting next. The pre-ordered salad turned out to be one of the ones not ordered, they did not bother to peel the shell in the meat. The waiter came up 3-4 times throughout the evening, while the parents of the children who organized this sabbath were approached every five minutes. The conclusion is that the service consists of some priorities that are understandable only to the administration and staff. The establishment is extremely overrated. I don't recommend going there. The cook works on certain days, national cuisine can be ordered on certain days, the same with Japanese. The ordered alcohol was carried for more than 20 minutes, despite my requests, they took everything themselves at the reception desk. The entourage of the superior dining room. The conclusion was not drawn from a single visit, it was the third or fourth time. Disappointed. We were waiting for the opening, but alas… The holiday was ruined. The only positive thing is the presence of a children's playground, but for a separate fee, and, in principle, the taste of the dishes. Think about it before visiting!

On Saturday, my friends and I visited the "bomb" restaurant "Ark" in Sukhum (Abkhazia). We booked a VIP room, the presence of karaoke in it turned out to be a huge surprise for us, there was a queue for microphones. Delicious food and cocktails, beautiful serving, clean toilets, friendly staff, a huge children's room, an aroma lamp with a pleasant aroma. They even called a taxi for us. Everything is suuuper!!!
