In other hairdressers, the masters coped in 30 minutes along with cutting the tips. The master worked for more than an hour, but she did not straighten her hair to a completely smooth state. In the end, I took the iron anyway (although it was an important point to straighten it with a hair dryer). But I had to go to an event, so I agreed, seeing that the master was not coping. And the iron didn't help her either. This is the first time I've encountered this. Next, cosmetics. The master had two identical bottles of belita-vitex thermal protection. And she could tell exactly what to put on my hair by the smell. That is, what was there is not known at all. Although belita in a professional salon is not serious. Price. For incomplete work and the use of cheap incomprehensible thermal protection - 25 rubles. A month before, in Borovlyany, I cut the ends and straightened my hair with a hair dryer for 20 rubles (although there is a Minsk price level). More work was done faster and cheaper, using good professional cosmetics.

We've been there three times. Everything is normal. I did my hair for myself, and cut my son's hair for 5 years (neither the master nor the child had any problems). But we were unlucky. We went to cut the child's hair, the master agreed, provided that the child was sitting. He's sitting there: I take him for a haircut every month. The master didn't have a badge.
Then something terrible happened. The hairdresser almost shouted at the child to sit up straight, even though he was sitting. She constantly nervously demanded obedience from him, because she had sharp scissors. The child sat straight and calm. She was wailing, nervous, and so on. I couldn't stand it and made a remark that today there is a nervous atmosphere in the barbershop and all the breakdowns are on my child. She seemed to calm down a little, only puffed that she was all worked up cutting the child's hair: cheap theater. What she wanted to show by this is still unclear. As a result, the child began to cry from the constant screams of the hairdresser. She only cut her hair for six minutes, but she pretended like she had unloaded the car. My child has been getting a haircut since he was two years old in hairdressers, and everything is without problems. And here is a "circus" of some kind. It was as if they had not come to the salon, but had visited the circus arena. Further, she also lost her temper at her college when she took payment from us. The girl was just stunned by the rudeness and intemperance of the hairdresser and, by the way, I was too.
It's because of such "professionals" that I don't want to come back here. And in general, the image of the institution suffers.
2 stars for previous arrivals. There are good guys there, but this "lady" with an inflated ego and low-quality work is tin.
