A good inexpensive gym. Good equipment. There are few people in summer, autumn and winter. A small locker room.

Fresh repairs, new exercise equipment (although not all exercises can be done). I would have put 5, but after training I found out that there was no hot water and I couldn't take a shower.

The building is after reconstruction, well renovated. New gym equipment, the floor in the game room is not slippery. The disadvantage is the small men's locker room.
